Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wychavon

Just visited Sunday afternoon through the drive through waited 15 mins with two cars in front off me . It was taking ages as I got closer the problem for the delay was for the fact that a young boy and girl was not doing their job . Messing around and busy talking not even making the drinks that the car in front had ordered which was one drink . Then I drove up to the glass looking through the glass it was disgusting cups with coffee all dripping down the sides not been cleaned . Hot chocolate jug appeared from underneath looked like it had been there for days and then to watch the young girl pour milk into this jug . ( Horrified ) it was filthy . I watched for my two coffee’s to be made . One coffee being a decaf and skinny . Yes he used skinny milk opened a decaf I hope but the coffee into the normal coffee beans and pressed the coffee . Then the semi skimmed milk was put into the jug of whole milk . Two medium coffee’s that were not even half full . Not happy . If they spent more time on cleaning and making the coffees correct instead of messing about I would off had nice coffee’s instead they went straight in the bin . I am a costa fan but it will be long time before I go to this costa again . Please sort this...

I use the EV charging points here, so while I have 20mins or so I grab a coffee while I wait. The last couple of times I have to admit this particular Costa has fallen below the standards I have gotten used to from the brand. The outside table area, was dirty, no table clean enough to sit at. My last visit during the middle of the day 03.08.22 was the worst i had seen;

The toilets clearly hadn't been checked since opening that day, not at all clean.

There were only a few customers sitting inside but many tables were full of used cups and food cartons etc. Tables also needed a good wipe down.

3 staff working, I ordered two Cortados both had excessive froth...certainly not to the normal Costa standard.

Went to Costa today sign on door saying due to short staff only serving drive through so I went round to that window the woman would not serve me saying health and safety risk yet she will serve exactly the same people in a car how pathetic I was dropped off at 6.50am and I don’t start work until 830am it was drizzling so no where to go other than get wet A disgrace to your customers I have been going to this Costa daily since it opened yet since it has changed management the place has gone completely down hill with no food at times no staff being totally interrogated when asking for things
