Being coeliac and therefore gluten free and dairy free I am always bemused when a coffee house offers only the next biggest allergen Soya (dreadful for many women) or Oat milk (not always gluten free) as an alternative.
No bread here is gluten free as a bakehouse and the much anticipated choice of three cake offerings which I was told would be present and rotated regularly today turned out to be one loan slice of lemon drizzle loaf cake which left in the window looked as dry as the Sahara. VERY POOR.
If you have any allergies drive six miles down the road to Broadway and Leaf and Bean no pretentious artisan title but superb sandwiches, coffee and cake.
