Burger King — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Probably the busiest I have ever seen it with around 5 people waiting (not a busy restaurant by any means).

Staff seem unaware of customers waiting. One customer before me could see her order had been prepared and yet it sat on the hot plate waiting for an eternity.

When handing over orders it’s just a single order number - if you are very lucky you might get a thankyou. But not always.

Staff like to stand around with their backs to customers - almost a “if we don’t see them they don’t exist” mentality to customers. Those that do stand and wait are an inconvenience.

Good old customer service involves actually engaging with customers. We will forgive lots of things - if the service on offer is of a good standard.

There are plans for one of their major competitors to open not far down the road. Given many visit this BK as the nearest McDonald’s is too far to travel or for marketplace (JE/uber etc) deliveries, when this new restaurant opens, and given these poor service standards in my review and many many others I have read, this BK will have to massively improve in order to survive further.

There seemed to be the same number of staff as I have seen before - during the school holidays! I’m sure to protect and promote your brand, they would have a little extra in the labour budget during...

Went and ordered food for 4 people and they prioritized deliveries over us who had been sat waiting for 50 minutes had multiple people in front that came in after saying their food was cold and missing items. We got not chicken nuggets with out meals and the Women who in presuming was the manager did not apologise at all. We attempted to get their attention and was ignored but the deliveries were able to speak to them. Another women with her family came in and wanted to pay in cash and the women refused to accept their cash and told them they would be waiting 20 minutes if she does accept the cash in a very poor attitude almost passive aggressive and she was lying about the wait time as I waited 50 minutes and was served last after deliveries and after other people came and left and our meal was sat waiting to be out in the bag for ages. Very poor experience. Never coming back. The toilets were disgusting! One of the toilets were full off tissue and blocked. The chain did not flush and the other toilet had tissue drenched around the lid. Appalling manager women. But the food was ok a little cold. But will...

Hello guys, too whom may be brave enough to read this review.

Tonight we ordered from Burger King on Foley Dr. I had the Angus beef burger, double stacked, with cheese and bacon, I asked for no veg, no pickles, no onions ect.... However they were brave enough to venture to the fridge and allow onions up on my burger! But that's ok, easily removed. Thanks to the super sticky super sweet BBQ sauce, might I add, my finger tasted amazing shortly after! 😁

The Angus beef burger was absolutely spot on, the beef alone that is. Cheese wasn't melted but was alright, marginally tasteless. The fries.... Ok guys this is the important bit. The fries..... Well... Couldn't tell if the box tasted better. They were dryer than Ghandi's flip flops on a hot day in the Sahara. However due to the excessive amount of mayonnaise we store in our fridge, this problem has been overcome.

Despite our impressive collection of mayonnaise in our fridge, we found that the chicken royale was drowning in mayo, to the point, I couldn't see the chicken let alone taste the bun. The lettuce appeared fresh tho! Next time I'll just...
