KFC Kidderminster - Stourport Road — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Shocking. I went for the "meal" version but they said there was an 8 minute wait for fries. I was in a hurry, so i said "ok, forget the fries", then AFTER i had paid, they said "Can you park in the bays because there's a 6 minute wait" !!!! SURELY anyone with even modest intellegence would realise that if i had forgone the fries because of an 8 minute wait, i wouldn't want to wait 6 minutes for the orher stuff. Its not that i am inpatient, i am a taxi driver and i had a pickup to get to. Unlike KFC, i dont like to keep my customers waiting. I told thr person that took my money that i had to be in Stourport at 7pm, so i could only wait 6 minutes. She shrugged a "i don't care" shrug in the way that only a bored teen on minimum wage can do.

I waited 10 minutes before i went in and asked for my money back. The person i spoke to first just "Computer Says No"'d me before sighing her disapproval and going to find somebody with the ability of thought.

She returned ahortly with an actual human. The human apologised for the delay and very kindly offered me a refund AND the food as a gesure of goodwill. I explained that i had no time to wait for the food. So just the money please and i'll be on my way.

The human told me that the food was ready. So i asked for just the food. It want quite as ready as the human thought and there was another short wait..

It woulda been 1 star if the human had not stepped in.

The food sat in the counter for ages before they called us lots of socialising behind the counter. It's not the cleanest. And as always expensive. This is an edited post as I like to give the benefit of the doubt. So today, I returned with my family on 24th Sept 2023. Omg we ordered the meals for the four of us. Twenty mins later, I asked if the special that had been standing for between 5 and 10 mins was ours. To be informed yes were doing yours next. In this sizable restaurant, there were 8 people, for whom were my family, 3 delivery drivers, and I other customers. This is rediculas. Two people were serving the food behind the counter for the restaurant, eating in, delivering, and the drive-through. Two youngsters came in to buy a treat. Neither of whom had a card and were disappointed when they had to leave because one of the staff told them kiosk only service. They had been waiting by the till for 15 mins. Then we got our food. We'll someone's food. Specials were wrong fries missing drinks missing. It was obscene. No wonder the seating area was empty. They are concentrating on the drive thru and deliveries. They may as well shut the restaurant part. I have never felt so disappointed. It will not get a third chance, and it is down it one star. Shameful. To the point that we are...

I brought from this so called KFC take away restaurant, 3 zinger burger meals with two cokes and a orange fanta as well as boneless bucket with a coke . All in all this cost £21.90 . Once I got it home , witch was in 5minns distance of KFC . Once I got home all 3 zinger burgers were stone cold , not to mention in cooked . There was no lettuce on any of them even though its is on the menu as being on them . One packet of chips had just 6 in the packet, one other packet consested of horrible green chips that frankly I wouldn't give to a starving animal, let alone a person . This KFC is one of the worst take away fast food restaurants I have ever been to , if not the worst. Up until I had this meals today KFC was my favourite fast food takeaways. I will never eat or have even a drink from there ever again . To the point even if I was starving had nowhere else to go and eat . How this place is still open amazes me . The food, drinks, restaurant and staff are all shocking. It either needs to be closed down completely. Or perhaps management need to come in and start employing people that can 1clean the restaurant 2 cook the food to a good standard and 3 massively improve on there customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
