Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Don’t recommend, 4 staff were working 1 in office, 4 males 1 lady. We waited at least 5/10 minutes to be served even though the place was empty! Then a customer came in complaining about drinks which made it even longer for us. They messed up both of our drinks. When I asked for less ice (in a polite manner) they were all just stood still STARING at me! We then went to sit down and I could see how filthy the floor was and this was all around the floor! Definitely hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. 4 staff members here yet all the cups are on tables and tables not clean. From someone who use to be an employee from Starbucks this really was disappointing and even as a customer this felt very unhygienic to eat around. The staff stood at the bar even though no customers and started having really inappropriate conversations in front of us. Not a good...

I seem to be here a lot these days.

Everything about Starbucks is… fine. Coffee? Fine. Food? Fine. Selection? Fine. Seating area ?Fine Service? Also fine.

That said, one guy was genuinely awesome—he gave us a full coffee experience and helped me discover a drink that’s now my unique go-to and involves a selection of non-standard blends and foams.

The rest of the time, though, the experience has been pretty transactional. It's not a bad thing, just generally unremarkable.

Starbucks = totally acceptable and that's how it should be. It's totally fine.

Popped in to have a few drinks today, I have to say I'm starting to agree with some comments around cleanliness of the seating area.

Went to check this location out today, really poor selection of sarnies. I asked for the filtered coffee, asked if this was still valid for free refills, I got told the filtered coffee is valid for free refills but there isnt any is available at the moment and it would take twenty minutes to be ready, I then got told I could have an americano but that is not valid for free refills, I asked what the difference is between a black americano and filtered coffee and was told its a different pot?? This didnt make much sense to me, I wanted to start visiting this site on a regular basis to do some work on the laptop but after the no filtered coffee option today I will give it a miss....
