Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Today we broke our usual Saturday morning tradition in search of a new caffeinated watering hole.

Where did we end up? Well, since this review is about the Costa in Kidderminster, I’m sure you can guess.

The seating area is spacious, with plenty of small round tables and a few larger square ones. There were five staff members on duty, keeping on top of clearing and cleaning tables, great to see!

Coffee wise, I decided to branch out and try an iced cappuccino, which I had zero regrets about. I also grabbed a lemon tart to go with it — no complaints there either.

All in all, a great experience. Friendly service, good coffee, and a relaxed vibe....

Have visited today and still sitting in Costa and I have to say how brilliant it was when it comes to allergies. Once I had informed the man who served us that my daughter had a nut allergy, there was no hesitation, no panic, and made us feel really comfortable. Straight away he went and washed all the equipment for my daughters toastie and the drink container to do her drink. This very rarely happens and we usually have a nightmare wherever we go. Really good staff and well trained! Will definitely come again all the way...

This Costa is usually the quietest in the area but can be busy of course. It's the newest one too and looks it... Some lovely staff here. I personally think their food quality IN ALL COSTAS has gone downhill since they aren't partnered with m&s but the price has gone up. Shame! Their millionaire shortbread was so disappointing, that used to be good too... Their cakes have gotten...
