Firstly I will start with the good points: the food is fresh and tasty, the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Location is good and the portions are generous.
However, the biggest downside is the pricing, which is excessive if you compare it to the main pasta chains on the high street. A pizza will set you back £17 and a garlic bread is a whopping £9! Even a sachet of tomato ketchup will cost you 60p. I feel like this is expensive for families. A meal with drinks for four of us came to nearly £60.

Jackie who took our order at the counter exceptionally helpful both these employees are customer service at it's very best. The food was well cooked and presented and hot where applicable.
