Dino Diner — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Firstly I will start with the good points: the food is fresh and tasty, the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Location is good and the portions are generous.

However, the biggest downside is the pricing, which is excessive if you compare it to the main pasta chains on the high street. A pizza will set you back £17 and a garlic bread is a whopping £9! Even a sachet of tomato ketchup will cost you 60p. I feel like this is expensive for families. A meal with drinks for four of us came to nearly £60.

Up there with the worst dining experience. Waited 50 minutes for food, restaurant was pretty much empty meaning we missed over an hour in the park. Over half of the food was out of stock so ordered nachos and a load of bits of crushed nachos came out. Came with bacon and sour cream, bacon was stone cold. Partner ordered jacket potato with chilli, everything was stone cold when it came out. Wanted the tuna panini but told it was out of stock, they had ham panini though, however, a few people after us ordered and managed to get tuna mayo jacket potatos, so they had tuna mayo and paninis…but not a tuna mayo paninis. On arrival Dean a employee was most helpful. Cleaned table , located menu (most people order via qr code) and was generally chatty and looked happy in his job. Jackie who took our order at the counter exceptionally helpful both these employees are customer service at it's very best. The food was well cooked and presented and hot where applicable. My only negative is food and drink expensive a 12" margarita thin base pizza £17 which if you have more than one child/teenager makes eating expensive and all packet sauces 60p a sachet.
