This is a great place to go. The kids love the bouncy castle there. The pub and grounds are really well kept. The bathrooms are always clean. Really lovely pub, very friendly staff with a homely feel to it. Some beautiful traditional features, such as the mini range stove and sympathetically decorated in a nod to the pub's history, but nothing about this place is old fashioned. There's a large selection of drinks available, and very modern facilities in the loos. I'll definitely...

Mixed grill looked nice altho the waitress got the doneness wrong on the steaks. Plough mans lunch terrible unless you like pickled onions. Belly draught special was an expensive side order sized main meal but tasty. There is a reason 12 of us got in last minute on a sat night..... the staff were really nice...
