The Rising Sun — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Myself and some friends stopped off to have a quick pint on our route home. We waited to be served (the only ones waiting) and we was having a laugh with the bar girl whom swore at me (flipped the bird) to which I was shocked! I never said anything as I was flabbergasted! Anyway We was still waiting for our drinks and I made the comment “is it your first shift” which was received with a laugh from the girl. However within minutes she pulled a face (like a bulldog licking urine off a nettle) and said she was offended to which I was confused as we was having a laugh. Popped in a few times now when I'm in the area. It's a lovely, friendly little boozer with a surprisingly large beer garden.

Great service at the bar, always happy and friendly bar staff on, and a cracking pint reasonably priced. Landlord/lady definitely looks after their cellar.

Locals/people I've talked to here are very friendly unlike some town/village pubs.

Dart board that I'll be trying in the week and a pool table that likes sucking up the cue ball.

Shocking place, the owner needs to look up arrogance, awful... avoid this place, so many other lovely pubs close by with no problems if you are exempt. Total discrimination against not being able to wear a mask, and the people drinking in there are clearly all the same, please avoid this place and will be making this known everywhere from now on. Very rude...could not believe what I was actually hearing from...
