Domino's Pizza - Kidderminster — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Absolute shambles, just ordered 2 large pizza's... simple enough, a text was sent to say ready in 10 mins, I arrived at that time to meet a member of my family who was picking them up, already paid but given no food, so I asked what was happening with our order 25 mins later. Then you get all the staff shouting at eachother denying taking the money without giving the order as we were still stood there waiting. Eventually our order was found on a shelf and because of the confusion we were offered a free large pizza.... nice touch, went home with 2 lukewarm pizzas and ordered a free large pizza to be delivered to our home, save me cooking, only to be told we could only have our free pizza if we collected it, since then I'd had a couple of glasses of wine so didnt want to collect so preferred a delivery, manager on duty refused and insisted that the member of staff that gave us the information shouldnt have done, so not only did we have to wait in the shop for half an hour for lukewarm food, we were refused our free offer food as an apology. They have now lost a valid customer, but that is clearly not a concern of Dominoes.... too many staff, no communication, no honesty, very poor customer service, will not be...

Used Domino’s Kiddminster now on a few occasions. First time Pizza and service spot on 2nd time the same. 3rd time tracked he had gone everywhere arrived at ours phoned me to say we was not in. Said he had knocked the door rang the bell. No answer So I tried to explain to him about Ring door bell and. CCTV we have and how he just sat in the car did not come to the house. We did not complain food was just warm not hot. Domino’s sent an email there tracker said he took to long use this code and have one on us. Tried that kept saying could not be used. So ordered an Indian curry from Kinver delivered no problem and hot. Shame on Domino’s May try again at some point. (...

i ordered £40 worth of pizza and they come and was just full of grease and all the toppings was just sliding off it made me feel sick eating 1 piece , this was my first time ordering dominos and will be my last £40 of food in the bin , and all they could offer was a free large pizza. Like i want to eat this rubbish again!. it is bang out of order and money should be refunded for what i got given. DONT NOT EAT HERE NOT WORTH...
