Eurasia — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Have been using this takeaway for a couple of years now. Never had an issue before and the quality has been good on virtually every dish we've tried. Had an issue a few weeks back with an side item being missing from the order during an extremely busy day for them. Contacted them directly, the guy I spoke to seemed to be having a tough day with the sheer quantity of orders but was very polite and apologetic and brought out the missing item personally which was great customer service. Ordered a takeaway, the food was poor, and the customer service was terrible starting shouting when I told him I didn't like the food, as the food did not taste of anything very bland and they refused to bring me another curry to replace the one I didnt like, Its not the first time they spoke to me with attitude. And also said he refused to serve us again after tonight
