Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

I ordered a pizza from the Kidderminster branch on just eat at 7pm, it gave a delivery time of 8pm as usual. At 8.15 it still didn’t arrive so I called the restaurant and no one picked up. I constantly called for 30 minutes and no one picked up. I called just eat and they tried calling and said someone picked up and put the phone down. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. Just eat said they would be making a complaint. At 9.15 I get a call from the delivery man saying he couldn’t find my house. I said what do you want to find my house for? He said your delivery!! I gave him a piece of my mind and told him I don’t want it unless it’s free. He said he would call his manager and get back to me. He didn’t call me back and decided to turn up at my door. He said the manager said my next order would be free. I said there won’t be a next order. He took the pizza away. What a cheek!! The manager couldn’t even give me a free pizza after it being nearly 2 hours late?? I already had to order something else which had already been delivered and eaten. They need to learn some customer service in that restaurant. I’ll be complaining to head...

I ordered a medium pizza over the phone which I was claiming free as a result of missing items and cold pizza from our last order. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1 hour I called the store to ask where it was. The staff member said he couldn't see the order so must be out for delivery. After another 15 minutes I called again and they said they would call the driver. After another 15 minutes I called back to see what was happening and they told me they couldn't find the order. I had to call from a withheld humber as I believed they were screening my calls and not picking up. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was too busy. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I called again. Nobody answered the phone but after 6 attempts somebody picked up. They said they couldn't see the order on the screen so they would put the order through again. I explained it was for my 6 year old son who'd been waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for his dinner. The manager was too busy to talk to me. I asked what they could do to compensate and I was told "nothing", I could only get my original order. Absolutely awful service and unlikely...

Placed an order at 17.11 for an 18.15 pick up. I arrived early (to ensure I got fresh pizza) at 18.05. I was told it was just in the oven and paid for it - I would be given a shout when it was ready. Then waited and waited and waited. Eventually, at 18.40 one of the guys on the till asked whether I waiting for an a collection. I said yes and told them what it was. He turned round then said it was sat there waiting for me. I asked when it was cooked as it looked like it had been there for quite a while and nobody had told me it was ready. He assured me it had just been cooked. Then shouted after me "bro, bro, you've not paid". I pointed out the gentleman that I had paid over 30 minutes previously (insult to injury). I arrived home (I transported the pizza in a "cool bag") to completely cold pizza and to cap it off they had provided the wrong sauce I had paid for! I can understand people making mistakes and not letting me know my order was ready but to blatantly lie to my about when it was cooked was a step too far - hence this review.
