Just had a meal here, for the first time since it was Paradise Balti, which obviously means I’ve not been here in a long time. Part of that was the menu, the addition of sweet chilli and soy put me off. I was wrong, not just a bit wrong, very wrong. Our meal consisted of peri peri wings and the garlic chilli chicken starter, both were perfectly cooked and a taste sensation. Our mains were a Chicken Saag Chilli and Kadai Chicken. We couldn’t eat it all, but I’m looking forward to having some more room to finish them off at home. Service is excellent and to top it all off, anyone who loves a good bit of Indian food will know the Royal Sangam, Bewdley (now closed) legend in it’s own right. Abdul our favourite waiter is here, not only is he here but he’s still great at making sure your night goes well and has a massive smile on his...

Since I moved to Kidderminster earlier this year, I tried many local Indian restaurants and found them pretty average.

Being a Brummie, I’ve been spoilt with so many quality restaurants in Birmingham and I struggled to find a place with the same high standard.

Thankfully, I found Chef’s kitchen. I’ve eaten here many times now and the food is superb. I’ve tried many different dishes and they have all tasted great. The chicken chatt puri starter is lovely, and the chicken tikka starter too. I recommend the chicken madras main if you like it hot.

The staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent, as are the prices.

Chef’s kitchen is the best Indian restaurant in Kidderminster.

Street parking is poor but you can park behind on weavers wharf car park for...

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY Ordered food for delivery. Very little meat in a tiny box (SAUCE FEST) and all main courses £10 plus. Realised no rice included. Was not satisfied with tiny portions and lean meat content. (Incorrectly) assumed pricing included rice... it did not. We returned meal with delivery driver, who promised refund. Called back 20 mins later by manager who was rude, aggressive and confrontational. He was not happy to refund. He rang us, we where going to the bank. Sort out your online ordering to ensure your delivery drivers show up with rice (paid for or otherwise) and dressage (making a small bag LOOK pretty) isn't the same as actually FEEDING PEOPLE (£36 for almost no food is...

Although the Chefs Kitchen may not get any prizes when you look at it from outside, inside it has a very modern feel and the very best welcoming and friendly staff. However, I have to mention the food. It is a wonderful fusion of Indian and other Asian tastes and they do it very, very well. As a starter, I had the chicken Manchurian, which was sweet, crunchy and spicy, and everything was beautifully balanced. For main I had a chicken tikka madras which was to die for. Hot and spicy as it should be. Even the plain naan bread was superbly, cooked, and tasted fantastic. Reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if you haven’t tried it. I will go again when I come back to Kidderminster. Yum!!

Used to love going to the old paradise balti so thought we would give the new restaurant a shot. Similar layout to the old restaurant, tables were nicely dressed staff were friendly and nice, I had a onion bajji starter wad nicely plated and tasted good but they were a little thin for my liking and then had a chicken tika masala for main chicken was lovely and soft and rice was good the only criticism would be the sauce which didn't taste the best and reminded me of the microwave currys you get from Iceland other than that had an enjoyable visit.

First Class. Simple menu with authentic Indian and Nepalese dishes. Not your normal English curry house. This has far more exotic flavours and exquisite cuisine. The staff are really friendly and complimentary. Service was as quick as expected, no long delays. The environment was beautiful. Great selection of drinks. The masala gosht tak-a-tak is worth a try. A great all round experience. Definitely going back. Thank you to all the front and back of house staff for a great experience. Well done.
