I live an hour away and decided I wanted to have an evening for myself so I chose Aberdeen. The last thing on my agenda was to eat pizza. I was always curious about this place so decided to try it. Upon approaching, I was concerned since it was during prime time hours and there was only one car in the parking lot. I had thought about turning around and going elsewhere, but I was hungry so I decided to go for it. I regret it! One medium pizza and a fountain drink was about $28. That’s outrageous! I could have ordered a large pizza, breadsticks, and a drink for around that much at Pizza Hut. I’ve never even paid $20 for a medium pizza anywhere. After I ordered, I was never asked if it was for dine in or takeout. I find my seat after and after 15 minutes, they gave me a box assuming it was for takeout. It made me think that dining in wasn’t allowed so I asked if I could eat there and thankfully, I could. When I opened the box I discovered that they forgot the green peppers. When I went back up to the counter, they took the pizza and started on another one. The one I got should have been free. I really liked the flatscreen TVs on the walls with a basketball game going, but it was so cold in there that I couldn’t get comfortable and enjoy myself. I quickly ate my pizza and left. I was there for 45 minutes and I seen just one group of people dine in. The only reason why this rating gets two stars is because the staff were friendly to me. I do not plan...
Read moreTable was dirty and it was slow staff could have cleaned the tables instead of myself or company with me having to. Prices are high and not a fan of the crust, reminds me of cardboard, sorry but rather be honest and the cheese topping was literally sliding and sperating from the crust so it wasn't together literally base separate from cheese top. A pizza shouldn't be over 30 esp with nothing gourmet bout it and then buying cups on top, sorry I can't agree with squeezing the customer for everything. I'd be happier with MOD, Papa Murphy's Round Table or even Little Caesars any day based on the pizza quality and prices alone. But I don't intend to consume here again. Positive aspect, large area for seating, some games to entertain family or kids, they have a lil arcade area but not all games working or on.
Note I never saw staff wipe tables down even when they opted to move them to a new position nor ask if we needed anything or offer to take plates or if pizza pan empty to take it out or to go option if needed We had to bring items to them and...
Read moreCame into try the new pizza place out. We got,the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Was pretty bland. There was also some kids walking, their dog around inside while they were eating. My husband questioned an employee about it. We were told legally they couldnt ask them because they didnt know if it was a service animal. This is only half true, the proper procedures in asking about service animals is first you ask "is your dog a pet." If they say yes you can ask them to remove the dog. If,they say its a service animal, you can legally ask "what service does it provide" and, they have to tell you. If they say if they refuse to,tell you or "its a comfort animal" it is legslly not a service animal and you can ask to remove it. Also if,its, pulling on its leash, barking, or theyre feeding the aninal then again you can ask...
