Parkway Tavern — Restaurant in Aberdeen

They don’t like outsiders! I was in here twice a few years back when visiting! The second day they carded me (no problem) but refused my out of state ID, I know it was because I wasn’t a local! The firs day the owners Daughter Served me the second a older woman was just nasty the second I walked through the door! Like I didn’t. Belong there! I went to another place across the bridge and that bartender knew who I was talking about! I don’t know what the problem was but I felt like I walked into a MC Clubhouse wearing rival Colors uninvited! Yes I have been in such places in Florida! I don’t know if it’s changed? The Facebook page says 35 years in business! So who knows, but if you don’t live in Aberdeen you might want to take your business somewhere else you might not be...

The self proclaimed "manager and owner of establishment" is the rudest woman I've ever encountered in a tavern. Asked for food made us wait 35 minutes while she made 3 drinks and talked for 25 minutes to a gentleman who had came in to order drinks after we came in. This place used to be nice when the old manager was here a bit over a year ago. She is who made us always want to come back. Not now. If this lady is owner or even manager, shouldn't work there or own the bar as she claims, With that type of "professionalism" being that disrespectful to customers.
