I called to inquire about furniture upholstery, I thought the Guy was rude, in so many words he told me I would be better off buying furniture because his upolstery work/prices were not competitive with new furniture prices like I couldn't afford his product. He has no idea what I can afford and not afford. This is why I patronize outside of Grays Harbor, some of these local businesses act like they're above the Citizens here in Grays Harbor because they own businesses and think they're the only people with money in these towns.

You want to impress me, go to the Big City Mom and Pop businesses, they're polite, helpful and pleasant and understand their business depends on good local people and their money and I'm sure the quality is far better.

3 pieces of furniture that have sentimental value, I would have paid 10k to have these done. I guess I learned a lesson here about this business.

We talked to them last October and set up a definite time and appt. To do a complete custom install in our 41 pick up. Picked out fabrics and discussed sound systems. Time came for our appt and we just kept getting put off. Went on week by week. Then it was I'll call you next week. Didn't hear so we'd check in. Same story, I'll call next week. This went on for maybe 3 weeks. Last heard was I'll call next week and its been a month. Don't care how good they might be, I'd NEVER recommend them to anyone. We believed them and relied on them. Very poorly run. If they decided they for some reason didn't want to do the job at least be honest and say so. Wasted a whole season...

Stopped in there with a small burn hole on car seat quote was good they just had to order the material because car is a 2021 model they were supposed to call me when they found out when they could get the material that was two weeks ago still haven't heard anything it's disappointing because I have a few other things I wanted to have reupholstered after this job and wanted to do it locally here but it looks like I will have to...
