Little Panda — Restaurant in Abilene

I’ve ate at this restaurant for the last 15 years at least and it used to always be soooo good. Now the last few times I’ve had it I’ve got sick but I go back to give them another chance since I’ve been eating there so long, well this is the final straw. I ordered pepper steak with white rice and shrimp fried rice on august 28th 2020 or so and they told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I waited and waited and waited and finally about an hour and 45 minutes and a whole meal later my food arrived. I went to eat it about an hour or so after that and they messed up the pepper steak order and gave me pork fried rice instead. So I called about 10:15 pm and caught someone up there before they left for the night and complained and they said they would comp me a meal the next day. So the next day rolls around and I call for my meal to be fixed told them I spoke to a gentleman last night and he said it was written down just to call up there and they would fix it so that’s what I’m doing and they said okay let us check, someone else came on the phone and asked me what I wanted and I told them again that I want my comp’d meal that was screwed up the day before fixed and they said that’s no problem but if I want it delivered I have to buy at least 15 dollars worth of food or they won’t deliver it. So I ordered 15 dollars more worth of food and they said okay your good to go now we can send that comp’d meal with this order. Okay great my food arrived very quickly and everything was right and I never thought anything else of it. Now tonight rolls around August 30 2020 and I get a transaction run through my account from little panda for just under 30 dollars as well as my transaction from the day prior to that for just under 23 dollars. They told me they would comp me my meal they told me they did comp me my meal then they turned around and charged me for it anyway, I will never go back to that restaurant again. They are blatant thieves and have no regard for customer service or customer...

I'd like to start by saying I've had plenty of perfectly fine and adequate experiences with Little Panda over the years. With that being said, my previous experience has made me not want to come back. I ordered over the phone for delivery from a friend's house. I verified her exact address several times and told the employee on the phone twice the address. I was quoted an hour. About 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was called and asked if I had gotten my food and when I said no the employee panicked and said she think they gave it to someone else. She was apologetic but also accused me of saying the incorrect address to begin with, I denied this. She assured me it would be there soon. I called back 1 hour 45 minutes after it was supposed to be there. I explained the situation and the male employee or owner, I'm not sure, was short and rude and basically accused the driver and me and being at fault. He offered a 10% discount that he claimed he would staple to receipt but it never got to me seeing as he promised this after the driver had already left. After the driver came I realized it wasn't his fault at all and I can't believe someone would sign for my credit card and I can't believe Little Panda treated me this way. Likely won't be back unless my cravings...

As I work in Customer Service and look for that on a daily basis. I got the pleasure of talking with David at the Judge Ely location. David told me that I needed to call the other location as they do not go past Willis on South 1st. So I called the other location on Rebecca Ln and they stated that they do not go past South 5th. So I called David back and let him know what was stated to me. He said that was weird he was a driver at that location and they should go that far. I stated that I could call back tell them that they are supposed to come out to South 1st. He said no that's ok , it will be awhile but if you tip my driver very well I will send him to your place... My co workers and I always tip well so for that comment to even be stated felt very unnecessary especially if we are attempting to bring business to your location and spend our money.
