Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Abilene

This papa johns location is HORRIBLE..My first order placed at 2:37pm 12/3 was cancelled for no reason, after 5 phone calls to customer support all they can do is file a ticket. I placed another order 2 hours later no issues until I get the pizza's. not even cut, so I call the store and this smart mouth girl answers the phone and I ask her may I speak to a Manager she says to me anything I can help you with and I ask her are you a Manager she No, so I ask again to speak with a Manager I then ask her who are you, she then tells me a employee "You know I make pizza, I answer the phone" in her cocky attitude little smart mouth, I tell her I need to speak with a manager. Earlier this year we had some issues with our order. A delivery was delayed multiple hours and we ended up canceling our order. I understood that it was a busy night and things went wrong. Manager Demar (not sure of spelling) reached out and offered an order at a future date for no cost. Last night we called back and placed our order. They stood by their word and comped our order. Not sure what happened, but we had a pretty messed up delivery order that we ended up having to go pick up because of a Weird culmination of things. But when we got to the Papa John’s, they gave our entire order for free due to the error. I was pretty upset, but they Really held themselves accountable with and made it up to us.
