Michelle has been a true blessing to us with my daughter's recent celiac diagnosis. From her donuts to cinnamon rolls, cupcakes and graduation cake, all of the treats are absolutely amazing and you would never know they are gluten free. When my daughter was diagnosed, her being able to have a graduation cake was a concern so we sent her idea to Michelle who delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations! I literally cried when we picked up the cake. It was incredibly moist and delicious, and absolutely gorgeous. All of our friends and family that were in town for the party had no idea the cake was gluten free. Michelle told me how we could freeze the leftovers so that my daughter can have cake for months to come whenever she wants. Seeing my daughters face when she saw the cake was something I will truly never forget. Michelle made her day by giving her an amazing gluten free graduation cake, something she worried might not happen when she was given her diagnosis 6 months ago. I will also add that I have messaged Michelle several times with questions regarding gluten free things and she is always so quick to reply and is extremely knowledgeable. My daughter's celiac diagnosis isn't something I'd wish on anyone but people like Michelle are such a blessing in making you realize that food can still taste great and be safe too. I have been gluten free for almost 12 years now. I have become quite good at baking my own gluten free versions of things so I don't have to go without but, sometimes you just want a sweet treat without all the work or having the dozen extra tempting goods around. This place hits the spot exactly. I have had several things from there so far (cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, to name a few) and they were all DIVINE. The bad side is now I want to buy a dozen of everything to have sitting at home for a rainy day because honestly her stuff is amazing. My daughter is picky about texture and pretty much won't eat baked goods because she's not a sweets fan but she devoured Michelle's chocolate cupcakes and asks for them whenever we go past. Between my daughters pallet and me being gluten free there isn't really anywhere my whole family can grab a snack together, until now. I love this place. They're kind, welcoming and such...

Get thee to this boutique bakery! I have been a fan of Michele's goods for a while now. I have tried the OG cinnamon rolls and just tried the new recipe this morning...y'all she has created magic! These cinnamon rolls have the perfect crusting on the outside. The dough is light and airy and ready to absorb all the extra cinnamon goo and cream cheese frosting. This is proof that gluten-free can be satisfying! I have ordered cakes from her as well. My family doesn't even know that they are gluten and dairy free. They gobble it up and get a second serving. Recently, I tried the pizza. And when I say it hit the mark and crave for a nice thin crust pie. Boom. My husband ate it up then asked where I got it (he is not GF) and said I need to bring home a whole pizza next time not just a slice!
