If I could give zero stars I would. Highly disappointed. We bought a sectional from them not even 1 1/2 years ago. It took longer than expected to receive it. It was custom and we knew it would take longer. However their time line went over. After many calls we were told we could come pick it up. When we arrived the cushions had been so tightly clamped that there was an indent. The cushions on the back we're lumpy. We brought this to the attention of the manager who reassured us it would come out. IT DID NOT. It looks horrible. I am pretty anal about my furniture. We don't eat on our cauch and only my husband and I are allowed to drink on it. I vacuum and fluff the couch weekly. Turn cusions and put in different spots so one area doesn't look more worn than the other. This couch with we paid over 3000 for is by far the worst purchase. It looks like it's 10 plus years old. But if that was all I had to complain about I would never write this review. I would chalk it to it was a stupid purchase and we were most def never return and let our fellow AF people know that this was not the best place to buy furniture from. But at last this is not the only problem we have faced. A year and 1/2 into owning this couch we noticed the seams were separating on the cushions. We took our cushions in to the store to show them thinking that they would actually do something. NOPE! We got pretty much nothing but that's not our fault you got insurance on it so call them. To say I left upset would be an understatement. The manager who was there wouldn't even look at us. Acted busy yet not a soul was in that building but him and his 2 employees. Who by the way we're no help and acted as if cushions tearing was no big deal. My husband called the insurance company by the way which is a joke. It took us weeks to finally get anyone to answer the telephone and once we did we we're we'r that wasn't covered under warranty. OF COURSE ITS NOT COVERED! đ¤¨. WHY WOULD WE EXPECT ANYTHING DIFFERENT FROM A COMPANY WHO DOESN'T BACK THEIR FURNITURE AND A WARRANTY THAT WE PAID FOR THAT IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!! This morning as I sit drinking my coffee of my couch I look down and now we have a HOLE. The seam of the cushion has now ripped open and now there is a HOLE. A HOLE PEOPLE IN A COUCH THAT IS ONE AND A HALF YEARS OLD. A CUSTOM PIECE OF FURNITURE WE PAID GOOD HARD EARNED DOLLARS FOR. WE ARE HARD WORKING, HONEST PEOPLE. The company charges prices for furniture that you expect to be good quality. You expect to be taken care of not taken advantage of. I've never left a Google review but this time a review is necessary. So buyer beware. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. The company doesn't care, the management doesn't care and the furniture is crap. If management would like to fix a wrong that they should have already fixed feel free to respond. If not I'll be looking forward to updating the city of Abilene once again that this is the worst experience in 26 years of marriage and buying furniture that we have ever had. On 09/07/2020, I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set. On 11/21/2020, I was scheduled to receive 4/5 pieces. The sales rep notified me of 1 piece that was not yet available. I consented to the delivery of the remaining pieces at that time and understood there would be a delay due to availability (in addition to the initial delay in delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions). I expected a delay in delivery and chose to do business with a local store due to the complications associated with the pandemic that arose in 2020. On 11/21/2020, I received 2/5 pieces (not 4). After reporting the issue to the sales rep, a discrepancy in the customer description of the 5 piece set online and the ordering system in the sales department was identified. Pierce Furniture Gallery agreed to deliver the remaining pieces without an additional delivery fee and honor the original price listed and paid for the set. At this point, the experience was not perfect but felt more of an inconvenience due to unavoidable (COVID-19) and avoidable (incorrect item listings/availability) circumstances. We are now at 07/16/2021, and I have received 7 going on 8 empty promises of availability and possible delivery dates for the remaining furniture. Today, I received 2/3 remaining pieces of furniture. 10 months after the original order date, I still only have 4/5 pieces of this bedroom set. I am also supposed to wait for Pierce Furniture to reach out to me when they receive the remaining piece prior to scheduling a delivery. Based on the 7 previous empty promises, I do not trust this will happen - especially in a timely manner.
