I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and disregard for a customer. I ordered a pizza, coke, and cinnamon twists through the delivery app. I got a call from my driver ten minutes after placing my order. The first thing my driver says to me is “Honey I cant find the house!” in a raised voice. For reference I live in a building that’s number is displayed in a confusing way but delivery drivers can usually find it after some minor explaining. I started describing which building was the correct one and he repeatedly spoke over me yelling at me and at one point cursing. I kept my composure as best I could until he called me sweetheart in a demeaning and condescending tone telling me I had to come outside to meet him. At this point I felt unsafe to leave my house to meet him because he was so angry and I told him I couldn’t come outside. He proceeded to slam his car door shut and hang up on me. I called the store and had a wonderful interaction with a concerned employee who started to communicate with both me and the driver convincing him to drop off my food. I go outside once the man on the phone confirms he has left only to not see my food. I looked on both of my neighbors porches and a second door to my house. I still couldn't find my food. I called the store back and the same man picked up to phone and started speaking to the driver again asking for specifics of where he left to food. He had left it four houses down from mine which was frustrating and I understand it is a confusing neighborhood. I was willing to let all of this go until I finally found my food and saw that one of the boxes was completely bent in half, the coke bottle was shaken to the point that the bottle was expanding, and the second box was crushed on one end leaving the food exposed. The best part, thirty minutes later my...
Read morePizza arrived with the toppings completely off the pizza. Driver must have been driving too fast or something. Usually this Domino’s has been super consistent, so I was very unhappy to discover my pizza was basically a plain pizza because the toppings were completely slid off and the pizza itself was barely cut in slices.
Update as of 3/6: This was the first time I placed an order since the incident occurred above. The manager hand delivered this order since he wanted to speak with me and make sure I was taken care of. He offered to give me an item free on my next order and was very apologetic for what happened. I know accidents can happen and like I said, this location has been VERY consistent for a long time. I appreciate the manager’s care with me and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager showed great customer service, so I will definitely be ordering from him again.
Because of his amazing service, I am changing my...
Read moreDominoes emails coupons for a free pizza...says redeem them now before offer expires! So I click on link, try to order a pizza with free coupon, but Dominoes website says no can do, must charge 15 dollars min per delivery. So I try to switch to pick-up and then it says cannot apply free pizza coupon. Effectively, Domines is sending advertisements for free pizzas, but they are forcing you to pay ~$8 (delivery fee plus driver tip) to get them. I think this is false advertising. Manager at store mumbled his way into repeating this false advertising after I asked that he send this complaint to corporate, and he refused, thus irritating me enough to write this negative review. It used to be the case that if a Pizza shop had clear false advertising, the shop would say, hey sorry about that, pizza is on us, but now, we get push back which just wastes more of our time. So I guess, don't buy...
