I have gone to Staples Acton more often recently. Firstly I needed printing services. The gentleman who helped me a couple of times was friendly, responsive, quick, and technically astute.
Each time I was at Staples Acton, there was a friendly someone at the entrance - not pushy but evidently ready to help if needed.
I also recently got two $5 coupons in mail. Because of my recent positive experiences I decided to pop in to try to buy ink for my printer vs hopping on Amazon as I usually do. I think itâs good to use local business if a business earns it. The ink was same price as Amazon except, with my coupon, I got it for $5 less. Again for this visit, everything was perfect - plenty of employees around available if needed, and quick responsive friendly checkout.
Being a teacher, I thought of two items that I needed a few days later and, instead of Amazon shopping, I decided to cash in my last $5 coupon. I quickly found one item I needed, and was beginning to poke around to find a second item that I knew would be tricky to find. Then a smiling employee appeared and asked if I needed help. She lead me to the product area right then. I grabbed and headed to checkout. I noticed that there were a few employees looking around to see if anyone needed help. When I got to the checkout line, two customers were being helped at two open registers. I was the 1st in line. An employee came quickly from another direction and called me to a third register - so no waiting in line for me. Again the prices were competitive and better due to my second $5 coupon. And again I had a quick friendly checkout.
Congratulations to the Staples Acton employees and management. Youâve won over a new customer. Keep up the good work.

   Read moreI came on march 2nd 2020 to get a zine printed of my poetry and the staff were lovely. When I thought it was the end of the world because my conversion to PDF messed up my document, an associate fixed it with ease. And when I had an odd request that every other page be upside-down, the print center catered to my whim and delivered expertly on my wishes. It was a little more expensive to have it printed as a booklet, for 13 copies of a 20 page booklet, instead of 130 pages not folded or stapled, but reasonably so, and it came out amazing. And it was finished much quicker than I had anticipated, which was perfect. I love my booklets and I will definitely be coming back for future copies.
Everything about this process was like a dream come true. I've always wanted to get my poetry printed in a book and they helped me attain that vision with amazing customer service and speed. I will forever be grateful for their service. When I came up to the desk to pick my booklets up, the associate did a low key dramatic reveal which I thought was excellent. To all the staff working that day, thank you so much. I'll never forget the wonderful service I got and I'll be sure to recommend Staples as a great place to get...
   Read moreI dropped off an Amazon package at 10 AM for UPS to pick up at their usual time around 5 pm. At 6:30 pm the package was still not scanned as picked up so I called the store. They said the UPS truck had already come. I asked the person if they could please check to make sure no packages were left by accident. He said he "didn't need to walk all the way over there to see if the UPS driver got them all" ... I said, "What if he missed one/some?" And then asked again if he could please double check that one wasn't missed or put in the wrong bin or something. He said he knew the driver and said he got them all (WITHOUT CHECKING). TERRIBLE...
