No it's your mistake on not listening to the Order correctly: I was very clear when ordering Small Cup for Vitamin Water - Were you sleeping? you looked like you were high on alcohol or drugs- The footlong was prepared very clumsily, I had to tell you 4 time - all veggies plus siracha and you were on top of voice- remember being rude to customer doesn't help a business. You served the sub on a tray that was smelling not cleaned up.
Example: I clearly asked you what are the contents in the Garlic Sauce, your response was rude saying didn't you ask for it? Yes I asked for it but I needed to know what does it made of? this show's you are not listening to what customer is saying -- We pay and eat that's why your business survives, I don't care I lost my 10$ today for nothing but for a rude service you provided and unhygienic way you provided the sub on direty uncleaned tray and plus the uncleaned tables, and then not paying attention to y order of small cup f Vitamin water and yelling at me for that, you lost me as a customer today . You need to learn from your brother' wife, whenever I ordered when she was there she was very polite, understood what my food needs and billed it correctly.
In fact, I started coming to this sub way after the service at another location in Acton where you manage, once I visited year back, you were very harsh in taking the order and made a bad sub .
I thought the lady at this Sub was good but with you taking over it's back to horrible management. But you, and your brother are horrible at customer service. Once your brother was half a sleep, i paid him cash, he forgot came running behind my SUV banging the glass asking money for the sub, then I reminded him showed him receipt finally he said sorry for his mistake. but today the service you provided was unprofessional. Wish Subway franchise CEO learns of this, and get's rid of such people like you who first off all don't listen to customers and yell, then post order not sure what was ordered .
Horrible customer service. First off all the tables were dirty from previous food crums not cleaned. very unhygienic - Vegetable looked stale. I ordered for a foot long sandwich with cup for Vitamin water. I'm a frequent visitor to this subway , now with the husband/wife the duo who run this subway out on vacation they have RUDE guy looks like the husband's brother is managing it in their absence. He first of all looks like he is unable to understand customers needs, I asked him what are the contents in the garlic sauce, he yelled saying didn't you ask to put it in Sandwich.
He prepared the foot long sub like he was doing me a favor. Then when I pay him for cup of Vitamin Water and foot long, he yells saying you need to pay for the cup of Vitamin Water in front of other customers, instead of being polite. But I calmly asked him that my order was for small cup of Mineral water along with foot lone, he said rudely no? looks like he is high on Drugs / half a sleep. Finally I didn't wish to argue with him as he was sounding rude and been disrespectful, I gave him the sandwich and the cup, and paid him for that 10$ and left. But in this rude behavior he lost a loyal customer like me who used to love subway.
Wish I could report this guy to the franchise ceo of subway. Thanks

Also looks like the husband wife duo are out on vacation, the husbands brother is managing it, he sounds very rude, when I asked him to customize my order, not a good customer centric guy . Very Rude , he thinks customer is a servant and if you ask him on ingredients he will say you asked for it but won't explain politely. Businesses run on respecting customers not bullying them by being rude. Horrible experience will never go to Acton Subway...
Read moreThis location is run by Adults they are very nice and patient. It's the best example of service for this particular fast food chain. They only lack a drive through window for added speed and convenience. I Bring the kids here when we only have 45 min to eat between activities. It's nice that they offer a bowl so you can have a pretty good chopped salad quickly. It's basically a sandwich without the roll though its unfortunate they charge an extra $2 for this option Maybe because the bread is so cheaply made its costs nothing, though it's also nutritionally worthless compared to the plastic container mark up I think if Subway corporation considered the waste thier product produces they would consider using Compostable paper bowls or clamshells and reusable bowl or paper lined basket for dining in. Perhaps they would also consider selling the salad at a discount or at least for no upcharge. Is it really any more work to chop up salad then put it in a roll? The plastic bags, lids, straws in plastic wrap are a another problematic issue that should be adressed. Sure they produce a smaller volume of carnage that a competitor but its a lot of plastic. This company markets thier food as a fresh alternative to other fast food chains I wonder why they wouldn't make better packaging decisions that would support that idea an unbleached paper bag and natural material straw with a biodegradable lid for the paper cup would go a long way to sell the illusion that this food can be better for you and the environment than the...
Read moreI placed an online order with Subway online. We've ordered from them many times with out issue but today was different. The order was supposed to be delivered and showed status of being delivered. Subway delivers via door dash if you order from their website. I called the delivery driver at the number provided and he said he dropped it off with reception. I told him it was not here and he then yelled at me and hung up. The order was never dropped off at my office. I walked around the inside and outside of the building. I then called door dash directly who told me to call subway as it was their order system. I called subway and the manager there told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to go pick it up. I am currently at work. He said he can not refund me. I work in Concord and ordered from the Acton location.
