I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this time was necessary. I hardly ever get to go out these days so when I do I want to enjoy my time and not be rushed. A friend and I came here the other night. They were efficient with taking your temperature and giving you hand sanitizer. We were never told there was a time limit or any other restrictions. We were sat immediately. We ordered our first drink and had chips and salsa. Soon after we sat the waiter had come over two times for our order even though I had hinted I wanted to take my time. After we ordered our meal, we ordered our second margarita where the waiter asked if we could use the same margarita glasses our first drink came in. I found it odd since no others patrons were in the restaurant, and our second order was a different flavor margarita mind you. Dinner was good and we even had dessert which was also very good, but when we went to order more drinks our waiter had told us 3 was the limit and basically handed us our check which I found rude considering the restaurant was...

I wanted to love this place because the first couple times I’ve been the food was great. Service was also poor but the food was good. They charge you extra for any kind of sauce- hot sauce, sour cream, etc. and when multiple times I’ve said I’m fine with paying extra the servers are still upset. Additionally when ordering pick up/take out- they will not put any salsa or sauces on the side. It’s actually strange how against it they are. Finally today I paid extra for extra sour cream 150 for the smallest ramekin and that is for 1 not extra and ordered guacamole for $3 and received none, nor any hot sauce . Which I should have expected but this time the burrito which I usually love was terrible. The whole thing was wet, just soaked I couldn’t even eat it because the burrito was falling apart. Overall although they sometime have good food, service is absolutely terrible and there are plenty other Mexican restaurants that appreciate their customers and business. So I would urge not...

I really used to love this place. Something changed for the very unfortunate, however. I haven’t been in a year, and typically go to the Maynard location. But I don’t plan on returning; the food was tasteless; definitely not fresh, and the portions were quite unfortunate. My girlfriend had a large chicken burrito that had more rice and refried beans to fill the entire burrito than anything else, with 3 small strips of chicken. For $15, that’s downright insulting. I had a $20 plate of carne asada, and there were more refried beans than steak, with a dime-sized sprinkling of cheese to top it off. The steak was over cooked, dry, and again, tasteless. That’s not to say the service wasn’t delightful and the margaritas weren’t excellent. I can’t praise our waitress enough for her kindness and attentiveness, but the food fell, and it fell so hard, I will be sticking with the Maynard location...

Went here for the first time and it won't be our last. To start, we had chips, salsa, and guacamole. I ordered 4 tacos (lengua, al pastor, chorizo, and carnita) with a side of rice. The lengua was but into thick slices, which I've never had in that way, but it was extremely tender and flavorful. The al pastor was fantastic.. these two would be the ones I order again. I'll also ask for a slice of lime to use with the tacos. The chorizo was ok and the carnitas were a little too dry for my liking. I wish I had room for the churros, but we'll definitely be getting them next time. Service was extremely attentive and kind.

This place got us through the pandemic. We've been ordering takeout from here every other week or so since September and have never been disappointed. Good variety on the menu, including gluten free and vegetarian options. We like the green enchiladas, enfrijoladas, guacamole, and margaritas! Our takeout orders are always ready for pickup on time, the price is right, and everyone who works there is so friendly. We are also looking forward to dining in at some point---they have a cute outdoor seating area with plenty of tables. We feel so lucky to have this place in town.

i saw the waitress refill the drinking water pitcher in the “hand wash only” sink behind the bar that the bartender also washes their dishes in. she put the pitcher down into the sink and let it fill up, poured it into a glass, and served it to a customer. edit: nevermind i just saw someone knock the ice scoop onto the floor, rinse it off for a few seconds in the sink, and hung it back up to be used
