I purchased a 27x70 Better Homes and Gardens leaning mirror this afternoon. As I was trying to get it on top of my cart, a Walmart associate walked on the isle and started grooming himself in the mirrors! Because of the weight of the mirror I was trying to purchase, I was hoping he would offer to help. Nope...he was too busy checking his hair. I said, 'Excuse me...', in hopes that he would help and he turned and walked the other way. When I finally got it on the cart, I headed to the check out passing four more associates...NONE of which asked if I needed help. When I reached the self check out, two more associates stood there talking...NEITHER asking if I needed help to even scan the 27x70 MIRROR! Heading to the exit, I was stopped to present my receipt and the associate asked me how my shopping experience was and did I find everything I needed. I told her it was terrible and that none of the associates were willing to help with the large mirror. She didn't say a word... Heading to my car, an associate was getting the shopping carts (RIGHT NEXT TO MY CAR) and he never asked if he could help me get it into my car.

This place is ALWAYS a battle to try and find what you want and stay out of the way of the employees pushing MASSIVE pallets of merch during our normal shopping hours. That SHOULD BE done at night - not when customers are trying to shop. Half the time, the employees are just dumping pallets right in front of the shelves and you have to struggle to get behind them to get what you want. Other times, they dump them in the middle of the isles so you can barely get through - if at all. Wal-Mart has pretty much given up on trying....they have replaced a lot of their cashiers with self check out stations which I refuse to use - BECAUSE I DON'T WORK THERE!!! Does Wally World not get how offensive this is to customers? We HATE those things. Git rid of them and put the cashiers back. They want me to do all my own checkout and then post a former cashier at the door to waste my time checking my receipt. I refuse to do that and just walk right past them and say no when they ask for my receipt. The merch is mine at that point....if you wanna check it....check me out at the register!! Wal-Mart...
