McDonald's — Restaurant in Ada

Drive thru. Line moved well, unexpectedly short trip til the window. Didn't repeat order back or display it on menu for me to check. Then they had me pull to parking space 3. In the interest of being civil, I did. When they brought my food 10 min later, I was pleasantly surprised to see the drive thru associate had rang up my order exactly as I said it... HOWEVER, out of 7 sandwiches, 5 were made incorrectly. A manager cam out and was very professional to try to correct the problem. They went back to fix them correctly. Another 15 minutes later, I went inside to find my order sitting on the counter growing cold. Checked them and it seemed to be right except for one sandwich missing. Dispersed sandwiches to everyone while checking and my son bit into his chicken that was not cooked all the way. I went back inside and showed them the uncooked sandwich and told them about the missing sandwich. Manager gave a partial refund. I appreciated that, but it wasn't really necessary. I just need our food so we could get on the road. He ordered the (2) sandwiches we still lacked and when they came, he was doing his best to make it up to us, but one of these sandwiches was still incorrect. When I showed the counter associates, they asked the kitchen to make it again and I had to wait on chicken because that was the last one they had ready. Then it came and was correct, so after 1 hour and a few minutes from pulling in drive thru, I got to get on the road. I have lived in Ada for 15 years. Seems this Ada’s McDonald’s food is progressively getting worse. Ever so often, but not consistently I have gotten a decent meal. Sometimes by day, but mostly at night the managers do not want to provide customers with a special request. Like tonight, I asked for 20 piece McNugget with 2 small fries, fresh special request, I do not mind waiting. The first time they brought the food out it was not fresh. The second time it was not fresh and instead of giving me small fries they gave us large overcooked fries. Again they were not fresh. They gave us three apple pies in which to appease me only to further my disgust. The apple slices and filling were all dried up and the crusts were hard. This was the first time I had tried to eat at this McDonald’s in some months for the same reason and will not do it again. I usually go to Seminole, McAlester or Shawnee. The wait time was a little over 35 minutes. They do not like special orders and I do not like coagulated grease on my lips and tongue. There is a great taste to freshly fried chicken nuggets, fries, hash browns, their filet-o-fish hot out of the grease. The time it takes to fry, package and hand to me the finished product should not be a hard thing to do. I am so glad there are many food establishments in Ada, with great food to choose...

Missing a sandwich and everything in the order was wrong except the 2 hash browns, my coffee was wrong too, but I didn't realize until after I called. I did call to let them know and they said I could come for a replacement tomorrow. Problem there is, I live 30 minutes away so it's probably not worth the drive. It wouldn't be so bad if the lady at the window wasn't in such a rush to send me on. I thought the sack was too small to have my whole order in it. She assured me it was there. I asked if the condiments were there, oh I don't know about that, here, she gives me an abundance of what I asked for. The whole point of ordering Through the ap is accuracy and discounts in my opinion. But every time I order through the ap they fail to give me my free sandwich and usually mess something up. The lady that took my call assured me she packed my order correctly and I must have been handed the wrong bag 🙈 which puts me back to the lady that was in such a rush to get me to leave to begin with. I guess I'll hold up the line and check my entire order before leaving next time. But I'd rather the line move a little slower and correctly than fast and never getting things right. Maybe just my opinion. Unfortunately nothing made it in the sack my son would eat except the hash browns. So I guess that's a lucky...
