Whataburger — Restaurant in Ada

I love this Whataburger!!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger, and I can confidently say that it has become a cherished addition to our town. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere and the sense of excitement that surrounded this place.

The drive-through experience was seamless, exactly as it should be. I was greeted promptly and courteously by the staff, who made sure my order was taken accurately and efficiently. It’s refreshing to find a drive-through that truly values customer service.

This Whataburger has messed up my order going on 9 times in the last 2 months. It hasn't been little things like missing mustard on a sandwich or no bacon on my burger. Its been major things.

I would order a breakfast on a bun with an extra egg and I would get no eggs (thats happened 3 times now). Or I would order regular burger and get a chicken sandwich. On this last one I ordered a breakfast burger (egg, sausage, bacon, cheese and potatoes) what i got was a normal dry burger. WTH!!! I have started going back to the store and talking to the manager. When I do that it seems like the manager is the only one concerned about it. The rest of the staff was acting like nothing was wrong or "oh this is normal..." Every time I've had a problem with my food I have put in a report to Whataburger online on their site and I have had no response from them. Something needs to change or else in this small town you are just going to turn everyone off and your store won't be there for long.

I'm from Texas and grew up on Whataburger and I hope this store success but at this pace I'm not sure how long it's going to...

I was told I was making the guy unable to clean the grill?! And if I wanted fresh food come back after 5 / 2-4 he was trying to clean the grill! I work an overnight shift so it’s not like the food option is great anyway but dude gave me cold iffy food that was still wrong .. I asked for no onion he gave me extra ! I would have never stopped in if I knew that was a problem. I also noticed no customers but the workers were either outside or freaking out ( manager guy) everyone is dealing with something but guy needs to either get help with delegating job duties, a new job, or just close...
