Annnnd noooow today,.... I believe management has probably changed several times,.... I have no complaints with this current crew, night shift, staring Jess,.... I am very well aware I can be me a difficult customer; however, I am generally a nice and respectful type of difficult. The app had not been working since at LEAST early August. They have worked with me on what I've wanted to order and have been really pleasant in doing so. Have not been rude or disrespectful in any way. I dealt with Jess and Candace primarily and both had awesome attitudes. The dude that actually passed my food to me for so in an efficient manner and timeframe. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this crew.
Total awesomeness. Very happy. Am excited to be able to start coming back to a Taco Bell that is pretty close and have people that I actually don't mind seeing, talking to, and--given the time--converting with. From 4 years ago,.... Generally out of a few things and takes 30-ish minutes to get your food...
Read moreWorst taco Bell I've ever been to...And I've been to a bunch. They get my order wrong on a regular basis and even when they do get it right, it tastes like old boot. The staff are apathetic, lazy, and all around unhelpful and the manager has a god complex and lies through their teeth. And it took the regional manager months to get back to me after repeated calls to corporate after being physically threatened by the manager...In the end he expected me to go to the store and just tell them "I am owed a free meal" and that somehow it would all be taken care of....That was of course not the case and made the already bad decision of eating at this taco Bell that much worse.
Tldr: go to any other Taco Bell or food establishment if possible...Worst tbell ever.
UPDATE: Being the fool I am I have given this location a few more tries and sadly have been disappointed each time. Consistently incorrect orders, the manager lady that is spiteful, evil and rude is still in charge and worse as ever....tis a lot...
Read moreLast time: The food was typical Taco Bell. Nothing exciting, but not bad. The service in the drive thru was good. They didn't forget any food items. So, it all worked out. Thankfully I had sauces at home, as they forgot those in our bag. Can't win them all, right?
This time: This local store is never a hit and mostly a miss, so much so that you can't ever count on orders being correct or complete. Apparently, getting everything in the bag is a challenge, and getting things correct if there are customizations is even more of a challenge. Not only that, it's not uncommon to find additional bits of ingredients that don't belong in your item added in. Tonight was no different, a chunk of chicken, a couple pieces of tomato, and lettuce ended up in my bean and cheese burrito. This place is business apathy to the core.
The sad thing is it will likely never change. Inconsistency is so common here that they seem to have no compelling reason...
