Originally, I brought my computer to them to have them clone the drive so I could ship it for service. After finding out that the extended warranty expired, I was going to purchase another laptop. They told me how much the cost of repairing mine would be, much lower than I figured as well as an upgrade of the hard drive. They also told me that the laptop was worth repairing because of the performance level of the computer. They repaired it and saved me a lot of money because of a cracked screen.
