Incompetent employees. Do not listen to the customer's order. It took five minutes for the girl to understand what I was trying to order. I went to get two ice cream sundaes and after I already placed my order I was told one type of ice cream was out. Okay, no problem I substituted it for something similar. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make the sundaes. I was handed two sundaes and one with chocolate all over the side of it, so it ended up getting on my hands, and the other was half full. I noticed that one sundae was not what I ordered. I had to turn around and go inside and asked if I can get what I actually ordered. The girl inside was completely rude and told me that it is what I ordered. First off, if a customer tells you it's not what they ordered don't tell them it is. It's called proper customer service. She argued with me about what I ordered. Literally told me I was wrong. I was fed up and just asked for two scoops of ice cream since she can't seem to understand that I simply wanted a sundae with specific ice cream. Not too sure how hard it is to understand that. After she gave me the two scoops of ice cream, I asked for the change since there was a price difference. She told me no it's the same price. I told her, according to your prices it's not so I would like my change please. She had no idea what she was doing and ended up just giving me back what she thought I would get back. Just goes to show that they are not hiring competent employees and should be wiser about their selection. It is beyond frustrating to have to deal with irritogant and rude people who don't care to make an order right after the guest is the one paying for it to be correct. He didn't know what any of the things we asked him about tasted like so he couldn't give us any recommendations. Another woman helped us out after we made our decisions. My husband placed his order separately I placed my order and was charged more than my husband. Both items were of the specialty Christmas group his was actually more expensive because he added a shot of espresso. when I brought that to the cashiers attention she changed the pricing and corrected the issue. However I believe they messed up my husband order because my order came out first. They failed to tell us that and my husband started drinking the coffee they put on the counter thinking it was his since he placed his order first. When the second order came up I picked it up and took a sip and instantly knew I was drinking peppermint and not Carmel. We spoke to the women and she told us we were right he had mine and I had his. We did ask the young lady if the peppermint beverage my husband ordered would be sweet her response was yes. It was not. I ordered the caramel craze and was very disappointed. I did not taste caramel the way that something named that implies. If anything's it was from the small amount of Carmel on the top of the whipped cream. Change ur brand name or order more products so u don't sell out pretty simple it's honestly sad how alot of locations have this issue!! Imma talk to some higher ups and try and fix this cause this isn't the first time for me or my girlfriend.
If u have this problem demand a gift card with cash on it or they have to satisfy as customer service you have to satisfy customers and if you don't imma laugh wh3n so many companies have this issue I hope people see this and take action cause there's alot of locations that struggle.
