Dunkin' — Restaurant in Addison Township

Just picked up dozen donuts through drive thru. Grab it and pay it. Didn’t open it because I was expected that all donuts are mixed up. They never mentioned about they are out of all of other flavors( except chocolate). They were 8 chocolate donuts, 2 disgusting plain ones, 2 strawberry sprinkles on it. Just got home and saw them (disappointed). Called them; their manager spoke with me so rudely and said bring them back and get refund. I said “no, it is far, I cannot go there and told them you should mention or let me know that there were NOT other flavored donuts!!!! I wouldn’t order these disgusting chocolate ones. In the end, they cannot issue my refund due to they use OLD payment SYSTEM - they cannot refund my money back. Never experienced this much unpleasant order with...

The service here is awful! They tell you what you ordered even if it was not. They will argue with you even to the point of scalding you for what they will claim is your fault. I pointed at the picture for their new salted caramel pumpkin latte and said I want this in a medium. She brought me just the straight up punkin flavored black coffee then argued wroth me for 5 minutes that I ordered coffee and that is what she gave me. It took another employee to point out to her that it is a latte in the picture. She then told me to try it anyway, that I may like it so they don't have to make another one. WHO TOLD THE MALE IMMIGRANT EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION HE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO REPEATEDLY BANG ON THE SIDE OF AN FMCSA REGULATED VEHICLE AT 4AM IN THE MORNING.
