TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our company ordered from this location, I myself did not have the cash to pay so I wanted to call and pay my portion over the phone, which I have done at many locations. When I called the OWNER ANNA answered the phone as I started to ask about paying my portion she explained about the order online option that they have. I was fine with that because we had already ordered online I just wanted to pay my portion, she told me that I would have to cancel the whole order and do it myself, Which was pretty silly to me considering its literally so easy just to put the info in and charge me. She continued to go on about how she would cancel my order and I repeatedly told her not to because their were multiple co-workers that ordered. I again asked if she could please charge my order separate, she said she wouldn't and said to do the order all over again, I asked if SHE could do it again because obviously I didn't know everyone's order and she replied with "No I'm gonna cancel the order and YOU can do it" Not sure what owner of a company talks to their customers like that, no matter how good the food is that was just wrong! She said she was the only person working there and everyone knows shes always hiring, No wonder why.. Cause shes mean and disrespectful, that's exactly what I told her after she fired me up. Than she rudely tells me shes gonna cancel my whole order than hangs up on me, I called her back to ask her name and see who the owner is, and she says SHE was!!!! I was literally in shock how an owner of a company can be so rude and couldn't accommodate.. Our company has brought her tons of business and she couldn't figure it out so she wouldn't lose the business and than the next time I would of known better and paid in cash. Than she has the audacity to call my company and try to get me in trouble, which didn't work because my manager was sitting in front of me when I called back to ask her name! Either way this places manners are terrible and if this owner cant get her attitude together than she needs to stay home and let someone else take over.....
Read moreI never experienced such terrible customer service. My coworker and I went to pick up lunch for ourselves and 3 other employees. When we got there we were met by two older women, one who was in training and the person training her. The trainer (heather, it was on the receipt) was the most disgraceful, rude, arrogant, miserable person I have ever encountered. When we walked in we informed her we had multiple orders. She quickly said well you are going to have to fax that in or submit it online. I informed her that we were on our 30 minute lunch and didn’t have time. She said well we do not have time to take your orders and other customers do not have time to wait. No one else was in line. So you will have to allow others to get in front of you if they come. Understanding that others didn’t have to wait we said that it was fine to move aside if others came. Additionally Heather (the trainer) continued to talk poorly to us saying we were “wasting” her time when she finally decided to take our order it took her less time then she spend arguing. She also proceeded to ask why were were upset if all we kept saying was okay and smiling at her. The person she was training looked so uncomfortable . Heather then proceeded to tell us to listen for our numbers because she was not calling them more than once. After we have already submitted our order this lady continued to argue saying at Gibson’s you would be able to do that......I thought I was going to a fast food restaurant....not Gibson’s . Clearly this lady has serious issues as multiple people have written reviews on her. They also should have on their website clients with multiple order MUST place them online but they do not. Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience I have ever had to endure. My coworker and I chose this place for our 30 minute lunch break. Right when we came in, we stated we were going to place multiple orders (a total of 5) for carry out. The cashier, Heather, seemed to immediately have an issue with that and we were rudely informed that since we have 5 seperate orders we needed to fax them in 30 minutes ahead of time. My coworker told her that as we our on our lunch break, we don’t have time to do that. Heather continued to be rude and told us that if other customers come in while we are placing our orders, we will have to step to the side and she will have to take their order first. We agreed. My coworker reminded her that we are also paying customers. Heather then became even more snappy and told us that at Gibson’s Steakhouse, they would not split our payment 5 ways. The woman she was training seemed very uncomfortable during this whole situation and even apologized on her behalf. My coworker was not looking to create a problem and simply replied “okay” to Heather. Although we were cooperative and not arguing back, Heather kept being loud and condensending and arguing her point to my coworker throughout the whole time we were placing the orders, making this a very unpleasant experience for us, her coworkers, and other customers.
