Wingstop — Restaurant in Addison Township

Ok, this is my 4th time getting food from here. I gave up after the third time but my co-workers wanted this for lunch, so I joined the crowd. Wrong move! I placed my order online, as to avoid the big group order. I did mine separately so that if my food was wrong, no one would be to blame but me.10pc combo, all flats, no seasoning & chicken was over cooked. They refused to give me bbq sauce when I was picking up the order because it wasn't listed on the order.. it wasn't on the order because it's not an option on the online menu... But I do know that they have it because I get it all the time as the sauce on the side that comes with the combo. They actually wanted me to pay for it like it was something extra... I upgraded to a large fry & asked for extra seasoning... fries tasted bland like no seasoning at all... added a 10 pc corn & asked for light seasoning... the corn was too spicy to eat... I asked for Dr Pepper and it tasted like Mr. PIBB... They have the coke freestyle machine. Unfortunately it's behind the counter and they make your drink for you. What's the point of having the coke freestyle if the customer can't "freestyle". I was very disappointed. I really would like to say I will go here again because I do enjoy wingstop, but the truth is, this particular location is not good. They seem like they are kinda still in that "new" phase, so maybe they'll get better. But in the meantime, I won't be going back to this location...

Sadly I have given this place numerous of chances and feel bad even giving a review. I’m hoping with my review the owner or manger will consider hiring more people; every time I came here they were understaffed. Currently the workers there are nice but I’m sure they feel the same frustration. No one looks pleased to be working there. Each time my food was either undercooked or overcooked, even the Fries tasted stale. Service is slow. I walked in last week and waited to be serviced and no one said anything I walked out and went elsewhere. Here I am today and waiting over half an hour for my food when I was told 15 minutes. Stopped by on day off to try new place in town. Small little Indian service girl impossible to hear, attempted to rip me off charging for combo without ever asking about my choice in drink or fries. I had stated 3 X I just want the wings. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Luckily, kitchen staff with covid mask and house slippers cooked up some AMAZING wings! She fixed the order immediately, refunded my over-charge and delivered two fantastic orders. Cooked and seasoned to perfection.......Place is not cheap.......rather expensive. But if you love dem' wings.......
