Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Addison Township

I will NEVER go to this location again. Driving home from the city 15 minutes from home, I decided to call and place an order but the phone rings and goes to voicemail. Figuring they were extremely busy. I waited a few minutes called back with the same result. Called two more times with a few minutes in between each call with the same result. Figured maybe I had the wrong phone number so I decided to stop in to the store to place my order. When I got there, there was only one customer inside waiting for his order and both employees we're in the back of the store carrying on a conversation. I attempted calling the same number again lo and behold the phone in the store rings but neither employee makes an effort to answer the phone. Male leaning against stove talking to female out of sight. When the girl walked up to the counter to take my order I requested the manager's name she refused it and said he wasn't there. I requested her name and explained why I needed to speak with the manager she then told me I did not need to know her name. Then walked into the back of the store. I asked the gentleman in back his name and heard her telling him not to provide it. I explained again why I wanted their names and he responded that they didn't answer the phones because they were extremely busy . When I told him that I called and watch them continue a conversation without answering the phone he basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I had just walked into the store. At that point I told him he could either tell me his name or I could just reference the time and date of the occurrence and I'm sure his manager would know who was on the schedule. He provided it despite the girl telling him not to. Didn't have the opportunity today to speak with the regional manager but I will definitely speak with him tomorrow. Part 2 it is now December 26, I decided to try giving this location one more chance again on my way home from work in the city. Same scenario tried calling starting at 9 p.m. to place my order when Im 15 minutes away. This time the phone is shut off and a voicemail is not set up. After multiple phone call attempts I still stopping to location, it is now 9:16 p.m. and the store is closed. It clearly states on the stores door hours they are open...

If I can give this place no stars I WOULD!! This Little Caesars is the worst ever!! They gave me attitude when I was ordering and they made me wait for more than 20 minutes for my food!!! The cashier Miguel charged me wrong and messed up my order!! I tried to call the store but the phone wasn't "working". The crazy bread had to be super old because it was flat like a pancake and tasted awful not worth the new price of $3.50!! $6 Pizza are suppose to be better than the hot and ready ones but they are worst!!!! The cheese pizza was the most disgusting pizza EVER!! The dough that was made had to be from the AM and I was there ordering at 5 PM. The store manager named Jonathan told me that the prices are higher because the sauce and cheese are a better quality but when I spoke to corporate they advised me that they've been using the same ingredients for 50 years!! I just had the worst customer service experience at the Bensenville little ceasers location. To start I tried calling the store to place my order ahead of time and they do not answer the phone at all. I tried 6 times and got no answer. I went in and stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with no service with every employee looking right at me. I then asked one younger gentleman if they were going to assist me and take my order he looked right at me and put his head back down pretending like he didn't hear me. I work in customer service and if I treated my customers that way I would be fired. Your job is to serve the customer and you completely ignore them.
