This place is terrible, please do not eat here. They will try to get you sick.
Last night my partner and I ordered my food from the "Popeyes App" and when the driver showed up, he turned out to be from Doordash. When the guy dropped off the food, the first thing I noticed was that he didn't get my drink (I ordered a combo with a sweet tea, never got it even though it's on the receipt). That may or may not have been Popeyes' fault as there should have been a drink there waiting for him to pick up. I ignored it and said you know what I'll let it go then I noticed that the chicken sandwich I ordered was distorted, old and bitten/torn into! (see photos) I immediately felt nauseous because during these times we are in with COVID-19, you have people sneezing and coughing on food on purpose, etc. so I didn't feel comfortable eating it. My partner's food also looked very old and dried up. At this point neither of us wanted to eat and our money had gone to waste.
I looked on the receipt and saw that this was the Popeyes the order came from. When I called, a woman picked up and after 2 times of explaining what happened, she "couldn't find" my order, even though I gave her the order/receipt number. I was very patient, but after much frustration I asked to speak to the manager because she was not helpful. She said she was the manager and proceeded to yell over me and that this is not a Popeye issue, it's a Doordash issue because they seal their packaging bags (NOTE- this bag was NOT sealed). Keep in mind that I never ordered from Doordash, I ordered from the Popeyes app... which didn't even have an order/confirmation number. If I had called Doordash... there would have been no point. This was NOT a doordash issue, as you can see from the photos, the chicken in this sandwich looks like it was torn way before it even got to Doordash - it looks very old and dried up. I don't know if a worker picked at it, dropped it, who knows! I do not want to get sick.
I ended up calling Corporate - who said they will help and have someone reach out.

Read moreI go to this Popeyes all the time but after tonight not anymore. Recently my drivers side window stopped working so I went into order because it’s embarrassing to go through the drive through and have to open the door to get your food so I went inside to place my order and the worker who ended up being the manager (Josue Lopez) informed me that I had to go through the drive thru to place an order even though the dining room was open. I explained to him my window situation and that I was embarrassed and that if he could just allow me to order there I would greatly appreciate it. If it was a problem with the register which why couldn’t he just ring me up at the drive thru register and from inside. He refused saying that he could care less about my issue, and that if my car window wasn’t working that was my problem and that he himself has had a car that had a non working drivers side window and he just opened the door and I would have to do the same period. I informed that I would simple spend my money elsewhere and thanks for nothing and so I went to WINGSTOP and got something to eat and I will NEVER go to that Popeyes again and discourage my fellow postal employees from going to that location anymore as well. I am going to promote wingstop from now on. He was not sensitive to my needs as the customer and should not be in a management position if he is unwilling to be a considerate decent human being. My chicken was perfectly cooked facility was clean and each employee individually seemed to know how to do their jobs and well.
I went to this location at 8pm when they close at 10pm. There was no one there besides me yet they were out of everything and i would have to wait 15 minutes for it to be done. Fine no big deal i'll wait i like fresh chicken. I got my chicken 20 minutes later and as i said earlier it was perfect. The issues arrived when i was eating as the 3-4 people that arrived after i started eating were all told the same thing i was told. They were out of everything 30 minutes after they were out of everything. Meanwhile the manager finally shows up as a line was forming of people waiting for chicken. The manager started to berate his employees when individually they were doing tasks fine, but it was his lack of management causing them to run out of stock and not manage cooking tasks properly. I assume until this moment the manager was relaxing in the back doing nothing.
