Subway — Restaurant in Addison Township

So I live pretty close to this subway and I have for 5 years, they were great in the beginning I never got sick and I never had issues, for the past six months however there has been a new employee who uses his headphones to listen to music, talks on the phone and even eats in front of customers while serving them. Every single time I go he makes a mistake like putting mayonnaise on your CBR instead of ranch after I told him that my boyfriend doesn’t like mayonnaise. I’ve gotten food poisoning three separate times from this specific subway to get subs, after getting sick multiples times I don’t go there for subs anymore. However, today was my last straw. I have both the flu and a sinus infection and I went to get chicken soup since I do not have any at home (btw the last time I got chicken soup it was fresh and delicious from a different employee). He gave me the bottom of the batch at first I asked him how long it had been since they had made fresh soup and he told me it had been since 1pm & it was 4:15 ( I work in restaurants that serve things such as chili and soup so I know from experience you can only hold soup for 3-4 hours, maybe.) I came home and opened my soup and it was overflowing and spilled all over the place, it was also slimy and dark brown, very cloudy and smelled absolutely awful. I went back and my boyfriend got me a new soup (like I mentioned before I’m sick I can barely stand) and he microwaved “fresh” soup that when I got home looked exactly the same as the first cup and tasted awful,I’m not going back a third time however employees need to rotate their stock and make fresh soups and pay attention to their customers instead of being disrespectful, ignoring you, and not answering...

Everytime i go to this specific subway, its always the same rude employee. He eats, listens to music, and talks on the phone while dealing with customers. My girlfriend and i have gone in 3 seperate times to get subs and the employee has put on the wrong ingredient every time, and if that isnt annoying enough we both ended up getting food poisoning. We went back today since she is very sick, all she wanted was chicken noodle soup, and we had no other choice but to go there, the soup was brown, smelled horrible, and since he over filled the cup, spilled all over us, and actually felt sticky, and left a nasty residue on my hand, we went back to get a "fresh" one, which ended up being just as bad. Never going to this...

I haven t been here in about 8 mos., but the service went downhill. When I got there, no one was there. The only employee was out side taking a break. I waited 5 to 7 minutes for him to come back. Then I ordered 2 tuna subs. There wasn't much tuna left in the container so instead of getting more, he gave me half scoops in the spoon. It was mostly mayonnaise. I mentioned that to him and he simply asked what else I'd like on the sandwich. If I wasn't so hungry after getting off of work I would have walked out. The previous employees were Very friendly. Nothing at all...
