Yesterday I brought my 2 year old to bowl on a fun family night out. It was his first time bowling and we were excited to bring him to this bowling alley. When we were there, a very rude customer bowling 5 lanes down from us stepped away from their lane for about 5 minutes, and came back yelling at me and my two year old saying we messed up their lane. We were 5 lanes down, and my two year old can’t even pick up a bowling ball and bring it as far down as their lane, or did we allow our son to go 5 lanes down without supervision. After this, he went up to the front desk explaining how we messed up their lane (untrue) when the front desk guy came over and basically reprimanded my family over something we did not do. I was so upset, crying because it was my son’s first time bowling and we don’t get much family time together. We left after spending a lot of money for bowling alone, but also food and drinks. The next day (today) I call here asking to speak to a manager when the lady on the phone met me with hostility when I asked to speak to a MANAGER her response was “how can I hope you. How can I help you. How can I help you.” Finally I said, are you a manager? Her response, “no how can I help you.” Over and over and over again. When I asked when a manager will be in, she responded 5. Perfect! Why wouldn’t she just tell me that in the first place instead of being hostile and rude? I truly can not believe my experience from this place, I will not be returning and I warn others with small kids to not visit also. Rude, condescending, and overall hostile. Waste of...
Read moreThe bartender was racist towards me and my daughter. I ask her for a cup of ice and she said she can’t but I can buy some water. So I bought some water and a drink then ask for a cup of ice. Then she said I still can’t give it to you. Then a white male came up right behind me and ask for a cup of ice and she gave him one with no problem (a big one too). So I went back up after I seen her give the white male the ice. I ask can I please have a cup of ice I will pay for it. She begin to frown her face with a attitude and gave me a small cup of ice. I needed more ice for my daughter so I sent her to get her own cup of ice and she refuse to give it to her. She said to my daughter she only gave me ice because I kept asking. So because we are black we couldn’t get ice. So I went to another section where they serve drinks and ask can I get a cup of ice and got it but with attitude. So I watch while other white people go back and fourth to get refills and ice with no problem. Stardust Bowling I just wanted to have a great time with my daughter bowling and your staff made it a uncomfortable for us by giving us a hard time over getting...
Read moreSpent a fun Saturday night here. They have like 84 lanes although some are reserved for leagues. The facility was nice and there was a bar right by our lane. The place was packed, we had to wait a bit for a lane. Cost was reasonable, like $55 for 2 people for 2 hours including shoes. We got a bit of a workout. Bathrooms were cleanish. My only complaint is that it was really hard to find lighter balls like 8lb for me as an inexperienced woman. I searched and searched but everything was 12 to 16 lbs. So many balls are not even labeled! Luckily the people next to us left and I grabbed their 7lb ball and a 9lb popped out when we started the game. So glad we found this fun place tucked away. They have a huge parking lot, video games, food, drinks with a super nice bartender, and some professional bowling store that was closed i think since it was Saturday night. I'd definitely go back. Tip: if you have only 2 people, get the 2 hour package, you can play around 6 to 8 games. If you have a bigger crowd, each game takes longer and it might be better to purchase separate games. The prices...
