Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Normally I don’t expect much from a crew of teenagers but the manager themselves did not make the situation better, he did quite the opposite. Upon arrival the staff looked at my family with a face of annoyance. One of the kids wasn’t feeling well and threw up near the counter and of course we tried to clean it up but we had to wait until a member of the staff reappeared to let them know that we needed something else to do it properly, cue the looks of annoyance once again. It took them over 15 minutes to even take our order after we cleaned up the accident. The overall attitude of the associates at this location gave the impression that each and every one of them absolutely hate doing the job that they do. Not to mention that none of them had on proper protettive gear. I noticed that only employee had gloves on but from the fryer they moved to put in a order for another patron and then proceeded to take an order out to someone waiting outside and then go back to the fryer without a glove change! I understand the hectic work environment and I did not have high standards going in but that is absolutely unacceptable. Read moreWe went through the drive thru and on the screen I could see the worker making a whole bunch of changes and having a hard time getting the order put in correctly. So once we got to the window to pay, we had them verify each and every item. But I'm the type who checks my food so I don't have to turn back around and instead of getting what I ordered, they gave me a burger (I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich). I politely asked them where my sandwich was and the lady inside said "oh my god seriously? Just give me the bag of burgers". It took them another 10 minutes to get my my correct order, and they still hadn't actually handed me all the drinks I needed. We were supposed to have 2 medium cokes and a large frosty. Instead we had one large, watered down coke and a large frosty. It was insane that we had to pay like $28 for horrible service and a cashier that obviously had no care for her job. I honestly should have demanded a refund or something, but the workers seemed so incompetent that they would have given me the wrong amount anyway. Worst fast food...
Read morePlaced a mobile order and paid thru the app. Credit card was charged. The cashier working, Kendra, was super unprofessional and told me I still had a balance due even though I showed her that I paid on the app and also showed her my bank account that the money was charged. Unfortunately Kendra doesn't have the customer service skills to understand that the order was already paid and her attitude as she demanded payment from me was completely unacceptable. I won't be returning to this wendys and now have to file a charge back due to Kendra's ineptitude. I also lost out on a free baconator and free pub fries as the order was then marked as complete, without giving me my food.
I asked Kendra for the manager, and she stated she was the manager. Once the corporate office reopens tomorrow after presidents day, I will make sure they are aware of Kendra's poor...
