Taco Bell — Restaurant in Addison Township

Worst taco bell ever!! They can never get the order correct. My wait time was 25-30 mins. How is this fast food? I went back in the drive-thru to show them I received the wrong item. The lady repeated the right item twice. When I got to the window some clueless guy asked me what I ordered. I re-explained to him that I got the wrong order. He then hands me another item that I did not order. Not to mention he had black stuff under all his nails and he wasn't wearing any gloves. I handed the wrong item back and asked for my money back as I was fed up and realized they will never get my simple order correct. Then dirty finger nails proceeds to tell me they cant do that right now and that I need come inside. Why?!? You've now wasted so much of my time and you want me to come inside to give me my money?! The taco bell I went to on york road don't know what happened but at 7:30pm I went threw the drive thru and the ling was so long no one was there so I drove around to the front of the building and all the doors was locked it was so many people wanting tacos and no one there no sign on the door but all the lights was on even the bensenville police wanted a taco but nobody there so I drove down the street to 25th and grand in Franklin park and the Tacos was fresh and even the cinnamon twist was good there didn't taste like they was cooked in old grease I can say I will be returning to the taco bell in Franklin park and I will not be returning to the taco bell on york st. right of grand in bensenville IL. next time someone has to leave they need to cut the lights out so it will not be all of us waiting for service and no one there to serve us word for the wise. As of the last few days it seems the late night staff is an all new staff. First time I had issues I ordered the beefy Fritos burrito and they gave me some bean burrito that had no beef or Fritos. Today I went and I ordered the same thing and got Fritos, rice, and cheese, no beef for the beefy part. Today their registers were down and then back up so they couldn't even print a receipt so i can't even take the taco Bell survey. Someone needs to get this new staff on their stuff. As I have lived here 3 years and have not had issues until this last week or so.

The only problem I have with the day staff is I believe one of the managers is dating one of the female staff members because they are always walking outside to argue making other staff members have to stop cooking to take your order. Which then makes the whole process...
