Ok I love their cheesy bread it is my favorite but it's not worth dealing with their ignorant employees. I order all the time tonight I call and I'm told they only have carry out cause they are busy to call back in forty five minutes. So I'm like can't you take my order and me pick it up oh yeah is the response. I placed my order he didn't ask my name no big deal i order all the time right. Wrong when i get there the girl ask my name i tell her he didn't get it. I give her my number she says she can't find it looks again still nothing i tell her my order oh Newman no that's not my name well that's all i got well that's not my name. So then her and another employee say I'm being rude. I'm 40+ year old your what 20+. Let's discuss rude talking to your elder the way you did. Not using manners like when i called to place my order you should have said I'm sorry we are extremely busy i can take your order for pick up only not call back. Drivers that call customers for no reason but to hit on them ( married customer at that which caused me problem that night) . Like i said domino is where i go the most but after the way i was treated i went to pizza hut was treated nicer and guess what when they pulled up my number they got my name right and i barely go there. š® i think domino manager need to take some lessons on how there employees should be from pizza...

The employee that took the order did not pay attention to the information give for the delivery (which was to another restaurant). After almost an hour and still no pizza, called Domino's, they amitted it was their fault. However, they still wanted to charge again for the pizza if he came back after making three other deliveries. Manager was no help. Overall no stars poor customer service, rude staff (management on down). Can't expect different from employees when management don't set better example. Written on behalf of Nicole Rowe.
Written on behalf of my 17 year old daughter. She ordered pizza, delivery guy did not knock on door or ring doorbell. He text and said he came by, but didn't. They charge her $5 more to come back. Why is the customers having to pay for the mistake of the business. Try working on delivery service, try getting GPS. Do better, please.

And the bread dough was not cooked completely still raw in the middle. I called to complain oh well I was told they could remake it and deliver when they get time no you know what all I want is for you to train your staff. I was then informed there's two other pizza places I can order from. But she was right there is. And not only am I leaving this here but I will be calling your cooperate office I'm sure they will be glad to hear your sending...
