Primo's Pizzaria — Restaurant in Agawam

Went to Primo's Pizza later in the day on a weekday so it was not too busy and we were able to sit comfortably inside and cool down with the ac and have time to consume our food. We used the mobile ordering app and used the food plan which may seem expensive but if you attend the park once and get your refillable drink bottle, two meals and a snack it will have already cost less than buying those things for the day. Before we went we thought a slice of pizza and a side wasn't much, we were wrong. The pizza and fries were plenty for a one person meal. The food here was quite good. We got a family bucket with chicken and fries. The food seemed like it was premade before it arrived at the restaurant and is reheated. It tasted good. The area was very unkept and oily, the staff seemed confused and unsure how to ring up order or even on how we were supposed to receive our order. Seems we got a lot of new staff that day.
