THE WORST CHIILI'S EVER!!! DO NOT GO! Service -- horrible Food -- reheated Management -- disrespectful

We went to eat at this Chili's at Aguadilla, PR this spring. Good Lord, where do I begin! The waitress had a horrible attitude and most of the time was not working and was just talking with other employees. She ignored us up to the point that one of us had to get up and go to her for anything including placing the order, bringing some water, or more napkins and bringing the bill. The food we ordered was reheated and smelled old. We could not eat it. Later on, the manager and two other employees started to do some maintenance of the table next to us and almost pushed us to the floor (as the seatings were apparently connected). We left the place absolutely disillusioned. We will never come back again. Clearly, there is no supervision or quality control, neither in the kitchen nor in the front-of-house.

PS. piece of advice: change the administration ASAP and, for God's sake, make your teenage waiters take some basic customer...

We ordered the quesadilla ultimate salad and the chicken crispers with fries. The salad only had lettuce, cheese and chicken, no black beans, no avocado, no sour cream. Basically a lettuce salad. The crispy chicken tenders were good but the friendly fries looked like they were left over from someone else's lunch. Cold, greasy, and squished like real dinner left overs. The place was very busy because of the holiday but that's no excuse. My friend ate the quesadilla with some lettuce and I gave her some of my chicken. No matter how busy a restaurant is all customers should be treated with care. We were never even asked if we needed refills on the drinks. We were offered a dessert as a "sorry for the food" but I only wanted out of the place before I said something I would regret as like I said before the place was busy. Visitando el Restaurante Chili’s de Aguadilla por segunda vez donde pedi 1/2 rack de costillas con Pechuga Monterrey con Habichuelas Negras, Papas Majadas con Gravy y Ensalada House de la casa y un mojito de Mango y la comida estaba excelente, la Papa Majada con un sabor riquísimo, las habichuelas negras necesita un toque de sabor y la ensalada de lechuga y tomate con crustos y pepinillos y cebolla esta super buena y el mojito de mango bien preparado con sus ingredientes y su toque de sabor, el salon comedor familiar con buenos olores y los baños super limpios y amplio estacionamiento con seguridad, la mesera Waleska dio un servicio de excelencia y yo se lo recomiendo que lo visite en parejas, en familia o amistades, Venga, Visite y compruebe. En una visita sorpresa hoy junio15 2020 estuve visitando de nuevo el Chili’s de Aguadilla que estuvo cerrado 2 meses por la Pandemia del covid-19 y tiene un nuevo menu y un especial de $12.99 que incluye costillas 0 su predilección, una ensalada house o ceasar, 2 complementos a escojer del menu con agua o refresco a escojer, pues yo escoji 1/2 rack de costillas con ensalada house, Arroz con hab negras con vegetales y Agua y todo esta riquísimo, buen servicio del mesero, amplio estacionamiento, venga, visite y compruebe. Estuve ayer Memorial Day visitando el Chili’s de Aguadilla donde ahora el Rack de Costilla viene completo y es grande de mucha Costillas y de Complemento Papas Majadas con Bacon y Queso, y la Ensalada Tradicional de la casa y para Tomar un Mojito Tradicional de Limón y el Servicio de la Mesera Milagros fue de un excelente servicio y siempre pendiente si necesitas servilletas y mucho mas, el Rest super limpio y siempre tomando las Reglas de distanciamiento del Covid-19 y yo les recomiendo que vengan a probar estas ricas costillas. En una visita sorpresa al Restaurante Chili’s de Aguadilla ayer Sept 15 del 2021 por la noche donde se pidió al mesero Ivan una Margarita Niño que es fuerte en alcohol pero bien sabrosa y bien preparada y se pidio tres platos de diferentes sabores de fajitas como de pollo con churrasco y pollo, churrasco y camarones con sus pimientos rojos y verdes y cebolla y los platos bien ricos en sabor y luego se pifio el mini molten de chocolate con mantecado y este plato es súper sabroso y el servicio del mesero Ivan fue de excelencia asi venga y visite este Restaurante Chili’s de Aguadilla y pida estos platos para que...
