Eco Trayecto — Restaurant in Aguadilla

I had the shaksuka con jugo rojo. Everything was delicious. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. The vegetables and spices were well balanced, and the fruit salad with ginger and mint was delightful. The toasted sourdough bread had an excellent texture and flavor, soft and crispy. They have bulk spices and local produce, all great quality and good prices. Also selling local bar shampoo and conditioners from Mikokos, which are wonderful, but seem to run out of my favorite...

This place is simply amazing. Farm 2 table. The owners have a farm in Moca and bring their produce fresh. Their lunch specials are amazing. The chef knows how to prepare everything to perfection. The fish is on point as well as their soup. The soup was so on point i forgot to take a picture of it. Anyways. Come to this little town and experience bliss.

Por otro lado la comida es exquisita, saludable y confeccionada con productos locales y de temporada. Todo en el menú es delicioso, desde las tostadas de hummus, las ensaladas y los platos principales, como la pasta, y pesca fresca local que ofrecen diariamente. Los jugos son hechos por ellos y sin ningún aditivo. Si te gusta comer saludable pero rico, tienes que pasar por Eco Trayecto, es una delicia y el servicio es excelente.

A unique space in Aguadilla where you can find high-quality, local products at an excellent price. On the other hand, the food is exquisite, healthy and made with local and seasonal products. Everything on the menu is delicious, from the hummus toasts, the salads and the main dishes, such as pasta, and fresh local fish that they offer daily. The juices are made by them and without any additives. If you like to eat healthy but delicious, you have to stop by Eco Trayecto, it is a delight and the service is excellent.
