I was excited to come to this location. I saw a video post about the owner moving, I believe it was from New York to Aguadilla. I have family at Aguadilla, Aguada, and Moca. So I said to myself, the next time I go back to PR, I will surely visit this location and support this business. That time came in July 2023. After a few days of visiting and being with family, my wife and I wanted some alone time. We decided to go and have a few drinks. I mentioned to my wife about this location. She agreed and said sure let's go there. We got to this location. Got searched for weapons at the entrance with a handheld metal detector. Made our way in, and we noticed it was early, so the place was still empty. I recall seeing about 4 to 5 employees and one other customer who had already received someone attending to her needs. We took a few pictures, and we then saw two employees sitting, so we made our way over to them. We sat down, but for some reason, their phone texting was more important than giving us customer service. I looked over to my wife and shrugged my shoulders. My wife then asked for a menu. The girl got up, placed a metal holder with the app barcode, and said, your waiter will be with you in a few and walked away. I gave my wife "the look." I got up and made my way out and headed to the car. If I was there and didn't receive the correct service in the first few minutes, then surely you can't have my money either. There went your tip as well. Hey, maybe it was an off day for this person. Maybe my timing was off, but this is bad service from the beginning. Food 1 star because I didn't receive any. Service 1 star because it deserved it that day with my interaction. Atmosphere 3 stars, only because I was enjoying the views. Sad that I went there with good intentions and walked out without supporting the way I intend to go with in the first place. 😔 P.S. To owner, training and explaining procedures to staff will help in cases like mine. Good luck with the business.

We stopped in fairly late on a Wednesday night so it had only a handful of other patrons but it had a cool speakeasy-ish vibe of a place that’s probably packed during dinner and weekends. And the drinks, food and service were all top-notch. For drinks we had a spicy La Muerte and a fruity Passionfruit marg. We ordered Rosemary Parmesan Truffled Fries that smelled and tasted so good we forgot to take a picture. Then we had a pizza with Feta, Prosciutto, Caramelized Onions and. Balsamic Reducion Drizzle on a crispy thin crust that was delicious. We ordered side salads not on the menu that are normally served as part of the pasta dishes and our friendly and inventive server figured out how to add to our order using a different charge. We sat on out on the creatively decorated covered patio with antique chandeliers, very effective ventilating fans and reallly cool ambient music. All in all a great meal!

This place has a great ambiance, very quaint with a small speak easy in the back room. Cool place! If you sit upstairs, outside you'll be lucky if you get any service. The service is very inefficient and does not have to be. The service is slow, long wait for food. The food is good but VERY overpriced. It's tucked away on a quiet street, not easy to find.
