El Palomar Beach House — Hotel in Aguadilla

My husband and I spent several luxurious days here after spending a couple days in congested San Juan. If you come to the west side of the island, El Palomar is the place to stay! It's just the right distance to everything you're looking for. If you're up for surfing, the beach is a short walk away. If you're interested in laying on the beach, eating from great food stands, and snorkeling, Crashboat beach is a few minutes away by car. Also within walking distance: numerous bars, fabulous restaurants, several shops, and a police station (makes you feel even safer). The house itself is a wonderful place to stay - very clean and modern. The owner and manager make you feel right at home and answer any questions and give many suggestions. The decor is charming, with attention to detail everywhere. You will also have to take advantage of the rooftop terrace - with hammock, boat-shaped daybed, and plenty of seating. I can't say enough good things about this lovely...
