They use their “No Returns” policy to scam people. They’ll trick you (or just lie to your face like they did to me) into buying the most expensive item that doesn’t even suit your needs. The interaction went like this. I go to the counter asking specifically for mustache wax. The beauty “expert” hands me something that resembles wax to the naked eye and even tho the brand said it was for beards I figured it was one of those products with multiple different purposes and that this “expert” knew what she was taking about. Right before I pay for this 20$ jar of uselessness I ask her one more time. “Can I shape my mustache with it ?” She said yes so I purchased the item. Not even 15 minutes later I take a dab from the lid as to not touch the product directly. I quickly realized it was a type of beard balm and not at all what I asked for specifically TWICE. So I go back and calmly tell her my dilemma. She acted like she could’ve sworn it was for mustaches even tho it clearly said Beard Balm and I know this person can read so there’s no excuse for selling that to me in the first place. Anyways she was cooperating helping me find a suitable product since they have their “no returns” policy and I couldn’t get my money back which is what I would’ve wanted. So that’s how I ended up with two jars of some cheap stuff that not only smells like boot polish it doesn’t even work for shaping mustaches either. So I end up with 2 jars of this 6$ jar of useless product along with an eyeliner and a pack of eyebrow razors both of which cost 1$ at any dollar store. But apparently 12$ + 2 dollar store items for 20$. I’m never setting foot there again. I hope they read this along with anyone who’s interested in visiting their store in Aguadilla Mall. If you do go be careful of what you choose and make sure it’s exactly what’s you need regardless of what the “beauty expert” says, BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. Their so called “Beauty Experts” are only experts at scamming people who trust their...
