San Rafael — Restaurant in Aguadilla

I have never been on a restaurant with ZERO people and the service its EXTREMELY slow. I was looking for a place to eat some local food but not that expensive so I found this rest on google with good reviews so decided to give it a try. First of all, decoration inside look depressing, they need to add either more lights on add some arts cause it look like a funeral home, not cute, second the service as mentioned it TERRIBLE, more than 1 hour to service a simple mofongo with pork and a fish fillet with rice and beans. We ordered also a side of calamaries for appetizer and even that didn't arrive on time, almost by the time food was done. The waiter she was so sweet, that was the only good thing of the moment. Despite she been so nice that didn't change the fact that speed of the food was terrible slow, making us upset to the point that almost walk out, specially we were hungry. When the food arrived, mofongo was very blend, not that much flavor and my husband food was so tasteless, I felt so bad for him. in overall I will give the rest a 1 star and only because of the waiter cause other than that I wouldnt come back cause if it was a day like this with no customers I cannot imagine when they do have more people, they would take make 2 hours to serve your food.

Servicio muy lento, el restaurante estaba super vacio y literalmente demoraron una hora para servirnos. Pedi algo sencillo, un mofongo con carne frita y mi esposo arroz con habichuelas y filete de pescado, no fue algo grande como langosta o un steak y aun así más de una hora para darnos la comida. había pedido también unos calamares para aperitivos y estos casi llegan cuando la comida estaba por salir. El restaurante por dentro esta super deprimente, parece una funeraria, nada atractivo adentro, necesitan mejorar el salon ASAP. Sobre la comida nada en lo particular, el mofongo no tenía gran sabor y el pescado de mi esposo me dio pena ajena ya que él estaba de visita, no tenía nada de sabor aun así pidiéndole alguna otra salsa para mejor el sabor. La chica que atendia fue muy empatica y amable, fue lo único bueno...

Your basic foods are there thing if your looking for a place off the beaten path with food service without the Caribbean time zone. Everything I've eaten including my guest have never complained. The plus is that it has a full bar best description that i can give everyone "it's a dive bar without the bras and hats hanging from the ceiling its actually really clean and yes its lots of fun you won't...
