I ordered the ribeye and it was excellent. I specifically asked for no seasoning so I could enjoy the natural flavor of the meat, and the chef delivered exactly that. We also tried the lamb ribs, served with vegetables and creamy risotto. Everything tasted like it was made from scratch, which is a rare treat these days.
Both the ribeye and lamb were ordered medium rare, though they leaned a little closer to rare. It didn’t take away from the enjoyment at all, but it’s worth mentioning for those who are particular about their preferred doneness.
The tomato soup was another highlight—comforting, well-balanced, and clearly homemade. The service was warm, attentive, and respectful of our special requests.
The kids devoured their pasta alfredo and crispy chicken tenders. We were surprised to find that the chicken was hand-tossed and freshly made, with a flavor and texture that truly stood out.
The atmosphere was relaxing, with none of the touristy feel that can dominate spots near the airport on Route 110. Yes, the prices are on the higher end, but the quality of the food and care in preparation made it worth every penny. Definitely a place...
Read moreRebar has a unique ambiance, greeted by humble and kind people. The bartenders were out of this world. They are very knowledgeable and know how to make amazing cocktails!! We ordered the sampler to share for 4 people. Absolutely delicious!! Best sorullitos on the island per my sister who comes to PR multiple times a year. The Bao buns were the best I’ve ever had that we ordered a second batch of bao buns. They were delicious! Drinks such as espresso martini, old fashioned, pear martini with rum, and a bartender special like old fashioned. All drinks were Amazing!!! Presentation was perfection, service, patient, friendly, and fast turn around. We had an incredible time sitting at the bar. Highly recommend and most definitely coming back. You will not be disappointed!! You will not speak no evil, hear no evil, and see no evil at...
Read moreThe vibe here is good and the smokes old fashioned was amazing. That’s where the good ends. I have been wanting to try this place out for a while and am so disappointed. We waited about 75 minutes for an extremely sub par dinner. I ordered a grilled breast and a Cesar salad . Salad was warm and the chicken was from a bag. Not grilled . The steak my husband ordered was diagustingly salty and the beans were cold . My son’s dish had shrimp that was half cooked . Paella was mid but itbwas edible . I left with a headache from waiting so long . Service was friendly but oblivious to our wait . We had to inquire after an hour to which they admitted The kitchen was backed up. Will never return for food EVER! Maybe just make this place a bar and forget the cooking! Horrible horrible slow...
