Supermercado Econo — Local services in Aguadilla

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this place. But what was more sad was how every customer is treated. They truly do not value the customer or care to make the customers experience one that focuses on their needs. They should be showing gratitude for choosing them as their supermarket of choice, just by helping make the customers purchases easier and fast. And not such an unpleasant experience. Making customers fall into a great big line, just because they made big purchases, while there are self checkout registers that have zero customers in them? This employee kept moving all the customers to big lines, and telling them they could not use the self check outs. I stood there looking at this employee and thinking to my self, in what world does he think, that what he is doing is right? I knew then and there I needed to go to a supermarket that I knew would care about giving customers better services and make them feel valued. After all the supermarket would not be standing if it was not for the customers. I also feel sorry for the employee at the register that had to deal with all them full carts on her line, while her team mates had it easy.. I'm sorry for the ranting, but everyone should be treated with respect and love ❤️ especially in these times that we are living. I hope service changes, but I guess I will never know because as a customer, I will never spend my money...

I recently visited the Econo Cash and Carry near Ramey Base in Aguadilla, and I have to say, it was a frustrating experience. The prices here are unrealistically high compared to other nearby stores like Selectos, Sam's Club, Walmart, and even smaller local grocery stores. For a store that’s supposed to provide competitive pricing, it feels like they’re taking advantage of the local community with their overpriced products.

In addition to the steep prices, the parking lot is a complete mess. Navigating the area is chaotic, and pushing your cart to the car is an unnecessary struggle due to the poor layout and uneven pavement. It’s incredibly inconvenient and adds to the overall frustrating experience.

With so many other, better-priced grocery stores around, I highly encourage customers to look elsewhere for their grocery shopping needs. Between the prices and the parking hassle, it’s just...

By far my favourite SuperMarket in the area. The only one I shop at actually. It is clean, super well organised and has a great variety for a place its size. Other places will just have a bunch of just the same things. But Econo Gate five has just the right amount of a HUGE variety of things. They are BIG on healthy alternatives and international ingredients, vegan/glutenfree options in EVERY section, fruit and vegetables wich are always FRESH, cheeses, and a wide variety of HIGH END beverages including sodas, wines and craft beers. Their Deli is pretty good too. The service is always friendly, the parking lot is safe and comfortable(they have extra security at night) and there is also the convenience of having a Pharmacy, CarWash and a Gym in the same LOT.
