My experience at this beautiful elegant restaurant was very satisfying and enjoyable . From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly hello & the decor was breathtaking . Every detail of the decor in this restaurant was beautiful and exquisite. But my favorite part of my experience was the mouthwatering dish I was able to indulge in. Starting with the bacalaitos as an appetizer, they were crunchy and filled with taste & the sauce that accompanied was very flavorful and satisfying. The bar was very accommodating as well, making me my favorite cocktail a Lemmon drop . From the presentation to taste , you can tell it was made with love . But above all my main dish the 16 oz ribeye steak had to be the highlight & my most favorite experience . My steak was not only flavorful but cooked at my desired temperature which can be hard to do in my experience as a steak lover . Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had . I also had the pleasure of speaking with the chef that cooked my amazing dish Chef Freddy . Chef Freddy is not only amazing at what he does, but he has a seasoned amount of skills and experience making tasteful, colorful & appealing dishes, as I learned speaking with him for a brief moment . I can’t begin to describe how AMAZING the food here was!! My boyfriend & I normally stay near Arecibo when we come to PR so we didn’t know any places to grab dinner here in Aguadilla. I chose Bocas on a gut instinct & wow wow wow. Jose was our server he was amazing & gave us such great options to choose for starters. The bolitas de queso were SO good!! My boyfriend got the ropa vieja mac & cheese & I got the lasagna & even though we got full to the point of not finishing, the highlight of our night is the fact that we took leftovers to go & we get to eat this again LOL!
